HOMEWOOD HOTEL

The location is great, lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The major issue is that there is a terrible cockroach problem. Everytime I opened the room, there were cockroaches climbing all around. My family would kill at least 3 each everytime we entered the room and it was not nighttime yet. I could not sleep at night thinking about all the cockroaches crawling over my belongings, and when I got up, saw them crawling on my toothpaste. This is an issue with the hotel, since they cannot seem to manage this cockroach infestation.

Overall it was quite good experience. Although, so called balcony was a complete joke and I had the worst view ever. Breakfast was average. Hotel is nicely located just outside of noisy tourist areas. You can find restaurants and supermarkets within the walking distance.

The location is the most outstanding part of this hotel. We stayed in 3 different rooms since we were 5 people. My parents said their room had one cockroach which was surprising to me since my room was fine, even though the bathroom in my room has some questionable red stains on the sink wall. The hotel should check the cleanliness of the buildings again. Also, the door to my room does not close properly, so I need to use the lock all the time which is not a big problem. I got nice sleep and the bed was soft. Overall, not a bad experience. I would come to stay again.

This is my 3rd stay here — booked via ******* app before, and via Trip.com this time (they even upgraded my room!). I keep coming back for the great service, clean rooms, nice views, and the convenient location.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The location was also super convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at Homewood Hotel in Siem Reap. The lady at the reception was extremely beautiful, polite, and very helpful, which made the check-in experience warm and welcoming. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to the Old Market and many nearby attractions. The room rates are very affordable, making it a great choice for budget-friendly travel. Breakfast was average, and the cleaning could be improved, but overall the value for money is really good. I would highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers who want convenience, good service, and a comfortable stay without spending too much.
