Overall experience was great!!!

The location a bit far from town but cozy and good for relax, all amenities and services are pretty good.

It felt like a hideaway and it was wonderful!

Go your way Dirty room (dust, uncleaned dressers, stains) Daily cleaning is making the bed, that's all. I had to remove the bed linen myself and put it in front of the door for him to change it. 4 deckchairs for the establishment. Dirty pool, mold Defective air conditioning, I have reported it several times, the employees have nothing to do with it. Do . I asked the receptionist to see the chef, nothing to do. I changed rooms, fridge not working, TV not working, I had to ask for another room where it could work. No Netflix or European channel. Very expensive restaurant: coke for 3 euros, unheard of even in Europe!! Why take advantage of tourists? Hotel very far from everything, in the middle of nowhere no possibility of walking, unfinished road, women are not safe in the evening it is very very dark. Even tuk tuks have difficulty getting around. . There is much much better especially for this price French, European, go your way

This hotel is quite near to the Ankoor Wat but far away from the City and airport. It's a good hotel to stay but in a very remote area not having proper roads or you do not find many food options around this hotel. They don't accept cards which is quite surprising. The $8 breakfast is a real disappointment. I won't recommend this place. In tead find a better place in Siem Reap itself

Lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff and the food is good. The hotel is clean and really good service. Everything is really nice. However, do not expect hotel grandeur as this is a small property. So if you’re used to hotels with hundreds of rooms, then this is not the place to stay. Stay here if you like warm and cozy feels and if you don’t want to be in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the town

Highly recommend for who like place that quite

The hotel is 1 year old, still located on dirt roads but we are closest to the Angkor site, 3 km, practical for those who want to get there by bike. But we are still 4 km from the center, bars, pubs, shops, night market and therefore restaurants with mass tourist service, it is worth seeing. Very large room, good water flow, modern with large TV, personal wifi per room so ultra fast, but housekeeping suffers a bit from a serious problem. It's the access to the swimming pool that makes it dirty everywhere with the clay if you don't have flip-flops and the hotel doesn't offer them. Honest breakfast for all tastes during the week à la carte and on weekends buffet (quality but correct choice). The plants are suffering from drought in this garden, the staff are very attentive like Thomas or the restaurant waitress, and others are very useless when you ask them for something like the majority of the reception in the evening who don't give a thumbs up (notably I had forgotten to post a prepaid postcard in town, I just wanted a mailbox, he did the one who knows nothing). I found the stay pleasant in the surrounding area among the Khmers in the neighborhood, we found everything to eat, some spoke English but otherwise we couldn't understand each other. A French school is located next door so you have the opportunity to practice with the students if you wish. I paid 3 nights for 100 euros, it's not expensive for the standard, but the management is a bit local, everything is smiley but few really effective little services.

The staff was so lovely and happy. There were a few quirky things about the property like a huge jump off point off the back deck off the restaurant and the menu covered up items no longer available. I would recommend daily printed menus or putting the menu on a chalkboard but the food was delicious.

Terrific spot off the beaten path. Lovely accommodations and staff. Beautiful and peaceful setting. Highly recommend.
