Walking distance from the restaurant area “pub street”. The service is very kind and warm-hearted. Room was clean and bed very comfortable and big. Air conditioning was a bit noisy so I needed to switch off to sleep. Room was facing to the exterior garden, street music can be heard from the room, it finished at 11 pm. The pool is very nice, water is clean and the area full of vegetation, very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was ok. Overall I was happy with the hotel selection.

Great experience, facial and foot massage was fantastic. Staff were great, always busy with tours stopping for meals but quiet lovely atmosphere. Will miss the staff who fussed over me. Skybar was very relaxing, food was great except for fish and chips, portions were very small. Local food served in much larger portions, very very tasty along with beer Angkor. Sad to go.....

The location of the hotel is okay and the environment is beautiful.
For the price, the room is average;
There was no "anti-lock" on the door, which was a potential safety hazard. The door was opened twice by hotel employees for no apparent reason, and there was no knock on the door either time.
The restaurant environment is okay, the taste is average, maybe I'm not used to it; the breakfast is relatively simple, with few types.

I initially booked through Booking, but ctrip was cheaper, so I canceled and rebooked.
The Manager Satya still upgraded me. Thank you.
But on the first night we arrived, the room was full of small flies. I thought it was because it was near the swimming pool.
After talking to the boy at the front desk, he offered to change rooms and get a room with a bathtub. Very friendly!

Traveling to Siem Reap, many hotels look good.
This riverside hotel is conveniently located next to the Siem Reap River. The hotel garden is very characteristic, the place is not big, but walking on the path of the hotel is like walking through the flowers.
