The location is excellent as it is very easy to walk to the active areas of downtown Siem Reap. The front desk reception is staffed by very helpful and well-mannered staff. The daily cleaning crew though, could probably be more systematic and thorough as there tended to be some small things they would forget to clean or to replace (toothbrushes, coffee, sugar). Facilities wise, there's a pleasant but very small swimming pool. There is a small area for breakfast, but I did not have a chance to check it out. For the price, location and helpful front desk, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Small cute hotel. Splendid location at center, by the river. Very nice, clean, quiet and comfort room. Small nice pool to relax. Young, enthusiastic and willing to support staff. Recommended per-se and definitely worth the price.

Dead, muddy animal on the ceiling, water from the sink running onto the floor, TV didn't work (was repaired), bed was extremely squeaky (was almost removed), pool not very inviting. Staff friendly, location great, price OK.

The Hotel Dusit is a clean well maintained hotel with large rooms. The Siem Reap river is across the street from the from the Hotel. There are hundreds of restaurants within several blocks. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable. The room and bath room we larger than most we have encountered in Southeast Asia. We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Dusit.

I was staying at this hotel on September, The room waw really nice big size and the price was only 30$ per night i was staying in King Suite room walked in and book directly with Mr. Soeuth and another guy name Yang he's really kind and all staffs are great and friendly Mr. Soeuth who was good at speaking English he provided me the tour Angkor Wat temple. I recommend everyone who come from other province or other countries please come to stay at this hotel. I met him at the hotel only one day and another day I have never met him and I Mr. Yang he said that Mr. Soeuth worked at another property. The hotel manager is really lucky to have him as the staff there. But little problem for me during the day it was rained everywhere in the front door was hardly to walk need to walk carefully because it was so slippery. and at night alot of noise from the city center. But it was okay for me because i love music.

Had great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is near to all the necessary restaurants, bar and night market. Good breakfast and decent size small pool. All the staff and very helpful but special thanks to Lisa and Chariya for giving extra attention to all the inquiries. Thank you !!

I recently stayed at Dusit Hotel Siem Reap, and it was a great experience. The location was close to the centre and pop street, and the staff were friendly. My room was clean, with a beautiful balcony view. The amenities, like the pool and restaurant were impressive. Everything is perfect to me. Overall, I’d rate it 10 out of 10 and I recommend it to all the solo traveler like me. I will be back again to this comfy place.

If you are planning a stay in Siem Reap, then I can highly recommend the Dusit Hotel. Where should I start? I felt at home all around, from the communication before the trip to the transport from the airport to the hotel. Everything went excellently. The staff at the reception, who do their job around the clock with great friendliness, are very helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!
