The environment is great, the service is excellent, and it's clean and quiet. The breakfast is clean and delicious, perfect for family trips. The room and living room are also very spacious. Apart from not having a washing machine, other appliances are available, and you can cook. Highly recommended!

The facilities and hardware are all top-notch. As it's likely a chain hotel, the overall service follows a standard procedure. Other boutique hotels in Siem Reap offer a more personalized, warm service. There's a service detail that could be improved: check-in was done standing at the front desk, which I haven't encountered in other high-end hotels I've stayed at. The hotel's pool floor was quite slippery, possibly due to not being cleaned for a long time. However, all the staff I met on the way smiled and greeted me. During the off-season, the price was excellent. For just over 600, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. In China, this price would only get you an Atour hotel. For a family vacation, it's definitely worth it.

The dedicated yoga studio, athletic gym, and SPA offer a wide range of activities and menus to choose from, which is very appealing. I personally participated in kickboxing and received instruction tailored to my skill level. The food also caters to vegans and vegetarians, so I believe anyone can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, having Japanese-speaking local staff on hand for any issues provides great peace of mind. Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay.

After our temple tour, we were able to relax in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. As a couple in our 50s, we don't have the energy to party all night on Pub Street, so this hotel was perfect for a relaxing stay. All the staff were very kind and attentive. There were even staff members who spoke Japanese, which added a warm touch. You can also join free yoga classes taught by an instructor from India, who teaches even beginners with great care. We didn't use them this time, but the hotel also has a large public bath, similar to a Japanese onsen, and a well-equipped fitness room. At the breakfast buffet, you can choose your ingredients for pho and omelets, which are then cooked on the spot. The other menu items were also extensive and all very delicious.

I arrived quite late by bus and had to wait a long time to check in. They upgraded my room, and it was very spacious. The hotel itself is large with a great ambiance, and the breakfast selection was extensive.
