Daję jedną gwiazdkę, ponieważ spotkało mnie bardzo rozczarowujące doświadczenie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca ze względu na brak profesjonalizmu personelu. Niestety, dowiedziałam się, że mój partner nawiązał bardzo nieodpowiednią relację z jedna z recepcjonistek, na terenie hotelu jak i w pokoju hotelowym mojego partnera. Gdy zgłosiłam to menadżerowi, zostatam całkowicie zignorowana. Właściciel hotelu nakrzyczał na mnie przez telefon, był okropnie niemiły i powiedział, ze nic z tym nie zrobi, nawet gdy pokazałam mu różne dowody. Potraktował mnie lekceważąco. Takie zachowanie personelu oraz brak reakcji ze strony kierownictwa świadczą o niskim standardzie obsługi. Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel każdemu, kto ceni sobie profesjonalizm i szacunek dla gości. Nawet czytając inne opinie, jestem w szoku jak właściciel w sposób chamski i lekceważący odpowiada innym. Tragedia

Obiekt jest położony kilka minut od stacji PKP. W całym hotelu bardzo czysto, pokój klimatyzowany, przestronna łazienka. Pomocna obsługa. Blisko do atrakcji Siedlec - Muzeum Regionalnego, Muzeum Diecezjalnego. Warto wybrać na parodniowy pobyt.
