Some of the negative reviews on here are hilarious. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay and that’s because I learnt how to be kind to other people, staff and other guests. I see these miserable, overweight, benefit scrounging guests who look down on the staff, don’t even make eye contact with them, don’t say thank you when they bring their drinks over or clean their table etc then complain they feel other guests get better treatment. Too right they do, me and my partner made the efforts to learn how to say “hello” “thank you” etc in Turkish and the simple act of just saying thank you in their language brings a huge smile to their face. They don’t get paid well, Turkey is in hyper inflation, so the very least you can do as a tourist is say thank you, pull out a few hundred lira and tip your cleaner, tip the hotel staff, talk to them and appreciate what they are doing. But of course some people are just miserable and expect to be treated like royalty making ridiculous requests. One review said how she was upset the staff didn’t do anything about dogs barking. What do you want the staff to do? Kill the dogs? Go out and round up every stray and move them to a different location? Don’t be so ridiculous. If anything the stray dogs looked well fed and are not scared of people. They are treated quite well by locals which is great to see. Another common complaint is that “there are too many Russians”. Again what do you want the staff to do? Remove all Russians from the hotel because Debra from Hull doesn’t like to be near other nationalities. In other words, all the negative reviews on here are by sad miserable people who treat others and staff like crap, then complain when other human beings don’t really care for them. Instead, be nice to others, smile, learn some manners, make the effort and you’ll be amazed how friendly other people are, including Russians. The hotel is great, clean, spacious, friendly staff, lots of food to select from, great location with only a few minute drive to the beach and the old town, which I highly recommend you visit. One the most picturesque places you’ll ever see. Great holiday and would definitely come back again.

mini disco was nice and staff were friendly service was 24 hours snack bar and eating was so delicious and kids place is very good every toy they have we like animation show clean is not good bad servise and room good animation team is very nice we like it 🌸

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The rooms were immaculate, offering both comfort and luxury. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, providing exceptional service with a genuine smile. The entertaiment group was amazing for the kids, specielly Havva.

The food is very great you have so much choice what you can eat. The pool is nice the slides are connected white the swimming pool so the parents don’t have to go white the children. The rooms are big so if you go whit a big family you have enough space

Great hotel for families and kids ! Kids club is excellent for younger children , they have loads of different activities. Mini disco is great too. They entertainment staff come round every morning so you know what activities are on.

Lovely hotel. We went with our two children aged 3 and 10 months. Our little girl loved the mini disco that was on every night. Also the kids club was great , they have face painting , pizza making and loads of different activities. All the entertainment staff are so lovely and always there to help.

I like the way the resort looks, its so modern and fancy, and the stuff is very kind and carefull of your needs. The cleaning service is very good, the room is clean everyday, the restaurants are Amazing, great food and sweets, the a la carte restaurant is fancy. They also have beach at the dea and they offer you free transfer. Everything is Amazing. I recommend

Hotel & rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. My 8 year old son had an wonderful time with the animation team at the kids club. Pirate party, mini disco, painting, and more.. he had the most amazing time and that makes mom’s vacation amazing too! Food & drinks are pretty okay. The staff works really hard to make sure every guest has a good time.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, lovely food great entertainment, you won't be disappointed,not far from beach and side old town, perfect location,Havva ,caglar and manager fatih was brilliant thank you to her and the team.i i would definitely recommend. 😀
