A highly recommended hotel for families, child-friendly swimming pool, and delicious food.

The room was damp, so my nose, which is sensitive to dust, was a bit uncomfortable.

There is a late fine from the hotel if you check out later than 12 noon... There is no notification about that, because when you check in... and the FO is at 11 o'clock, they also don't tell you the check out time limit if there is a fine of 100 thousand per hour... by me. take 2 more rooms😠😩😫

First stay here, the location is a little far from downtown, when you arrive at the location you feel like you have moved from the hustle and bustle to the silence and luxury, there is a hidden paradise at the end of the trip. The facilities are very complete and clean The food and breakfast are delicious and the restaurant waiters are very friendly and responsive

We checked in at midnight in 7 executive rooms for nearly 3mil rupiah per room and night, our rooms were still dirty, used shampoo bottles and nearly empty toilet paper, found food from guests before, bed was good but whole room not really clean, balcony dirty and view to construction site, breakfast were only Standard but included, but then we had to pay for Kids 100.000 rupiah extra per kid, breakfast area were crowded and quite dirty and employees were not really up to keep everything clean, totally not worth the high price and did not meet our exceptions
