We need to come back and change the room and waited around 30 mins. The staff has a little confused and doesn’t good manage for checked in. The other service is very good. A breakfast is very good and has a kid corner.

Great hotel, I'm a returning customer But many things need fixed. I don't know if the hotel is trying to save money , but two elevators don't work, there is no air conditioning in the lobby ( and it's Summer) Rooms are beautiful, but sometimes it takes 5 minutes to get an elevator. I can understand it being broken for a day , but I read other reviews that they have been broken for months.. Great hotel. But needs a lot of improvement. It's still one of the best in Sriracha

Good location by the sea. We arrived at the hotel around 2 p.m. and they allowed early checked-in. Unfortunately, the water pipe was broken, we cannot use the water for the whole afternoon. They also did not inform us during the checked-in. The amenities smell so good, but no lotion provided. They gave us high floor as requested, we booked city view.

I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. This is a cozy little hotel. We had a pleasant two bedroom unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Walls seemed a bit thin, could hear neighbours bed squeaking ! A very quirky shower, but fine, once you sort it out, getting prematurely wet in the process. Basic breakfast, but adequate. About 15-20 min walk to the Robinson's area, 10 min to other restaurants. 20 min to fishing boat pier. Staff lovely, but a bit sluggish at breakfast time replenishing coffee and food items.

We love how the restaurant located on 8th floor to see the sea. It’s very relaxing while we having breakfast. Breakfast is very good and got both thai and western style. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We requested the connecting rooms and it’s really suit the family with young kids. It have a strong shower and rain shower that what we really like. We have a great experience since we called and directly booked with the hotel. Great reception and staffs at the restaurant. Amazing hotel manager for stopping by and say hello to the guests. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.
