"Title: Great Staff and Bathroom, but Room Needs Maintenance
I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The service and staff were excellent throughout the stay. The attendants were friendly and helpful, and the service overall was very good. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition, which I appreciated.
However, the room itself was a bit disappointing and clearly needs some maintenance. There were exposed wires in the room, and the walls looked like they could really use a fresh coat of paint. There was also a noticeable strange smell that never really went away during the stay.
The bed was quite firm, but it was still acceptable for sleeping. One thing that stood out was when we requested extra blankets, we were told to take them from a closet ourselves, and they didn’t seem particularly fresh.
Another inconvenience was the lack of bedside lamps, which made the lighting in the room less comfortable at night.
Overall, the staff and service were great, and the bathroom was good, but the room itself would benefit from repairs, better upkeep, and some updates to make the stay more comfortable."
