Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Hanoi

"I only planned to stay here for one night because I needed a hotel close to the airport for my early flight the next morning. Honestly, I didn’t expect much , but this hotel truly surprised me in a very positive way. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which made me feel at ease immediately. The room was bigger than expected, comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Having YouTube on the TV was a nice bonus that helped me relax before my flight. What I appreciated the most was the shower , strong water pressure and properly hot water, something travelers really value after a long day. It turned a simple overnight stay into a very comfortable experience. Thank you to the team for your hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Title: Great Staff and Bathroom, but Room Needs Maintenance I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The service and staff were excellent throughout the stay. The attendants were friendly and helpful, and the service overall was very good. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition, which I appreciated. However, the room itself was a bit disappointing and clearly needs some maintenance. There were exposed wires in the room, and the walls looked like they could really use a fresh coat of paint. There was also a noticeable strange smell that never really went away during the stay. The bed was quite firm, but it was still acceptable for sleeping. One thing that stood out was when we requested extra blankets, we were told to take them from a closet ourselves, and they didn’t seem particularly fresh. Another inconvenience was the lack of bedside lamps, which made the lighting in the room less comfortable at night. Overall, the staff and service were great, and the bathroom was good, but the room itself would benefit from repairs, better upkeep, and some updates to make the stay more comfortable."

"Location - located on the western end of the Old Quarter. Closer to the HCM Masoleum, North Gate, Catholic Church, Tran Ngoc Pagoda. Takes about 30mins to walk to other end of the Old Quarter. Nice in the cool Hanoi weather. Hotel is located along a busy road, so expect traffic noise and honking at night. Room - I got a room facing the road and another building. So I had my window blind down the whole time. The room is a good size, but one side of the bed is against the wall and window so access is from the other sides. The bed is bigger than queen size, and is softer than I'd like but still comfortable. The bed in my room was on a platform that extended to the open closet section. So I had to climb up to the platform (about 40cm) to retrieve the clothes I had hung. Not great for older people. I think they have other rooms without the platform. Cleanliness - very clean, awesome Bathroom - the shower and toilet area are in the same large space. So the shower water gets the toilet wet. I moved the toilet paper roll to the shelf at the rear so that it wouldn't get wet. Bathroom is modern and water pressure is sufficient. Sink is outside the bathroom. Breakfast - for a small-ish hotel, there is a substantial breakfast spread with an egg station. I was impressed. Other things - 1) there is a community area outside the rooms with a fridge and TV so I guess it could noisy if people hung out there. 2) I paid a cash deposit of 500k VND which was returned when I checked out. A bit of a surprise. 3) There are no slopes at Vietnam hotel entrances so you'll need to carry your bag up some stairs to the front lobby. 4) The very loud fire alarm went off twice during my stay although there was no fire. The receptionist said the smoke detector was over-sensitive with the cooking fumes."
