Overall, it is good. There are two hot springs. The open-air hot spring experience is great. The advantages are the common advantages of Japanese hotels. Let me talk about the disadvantages. 1. The Japanese style is very strict. No one will be checked in before three o'clock. I arrived half an hour early and there was nothing I could do. I had to wait nearby. Maybe most of the people I accept are tour groups. That's why. 2. The location is on a high slope, relatively far away from Hell Valley, Bear Ranch, and hot spring streets where you can eat. 3. I wrote that someone would contact me to make the bed, but the time for making the bed coincided with the time of the dinner card, so I couldn’t wait in the room. But the overall experience was pretty good. It was very comfortable to soak in the open-air bath at night, and the bathrobe was also very comfortable. What I didn't expect was that the mattress made by myself on the tatami was extremely comfortable, and the texture of the quilt was also very comfortable. In addition, regarding hygiene issues, it was indeed like nothing else. The customer said that there are some deep stains, but there is no smell. I can accept it. I visited about 6 years ago and was satisfied with everything at that time, so I visited again. I was satisfied with the food, hot springs, and the kindness of the staff during this stay. I personally think that Boro Noguchi is the best accommodation in Noboribetsu Onsen Village. However, there was a time when I thought that my thoughts might be wrong. While using the bath in the room, I saw something like dirt in the water, so I flushed out all the water in the hot spring bath and tried to fill it again, and then I found out what the impurity was. As you can see in the attached picture, it was sand..... It didn't seem to be mixed in the water, but rather due to the aging and poor maintenance of the facilities. I personally found it very disappointing. They have the best hot spring water, food, and the kindness of the staff, but the aging and poor maintenance that diminishes these things should definitely be improved. I hope this won't happen the next time I visit.
