"One of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. The hotel is perched atop Nippondaira, offering breathtaking views over Shizuoka and panoramic views of Mount Fuji from the guest rooms. The room itself is modern and spacious. The French dinner was excellent, especially the Wagyu steak, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!"

"The bath facilities and the smiling faces of the staff were wonderful. I thought it would be just as good as the reviews said! However, I was given a room facing the mountain, which was small, well-cleaned, and had decent air conditioning, but I could hardly sleep at night because of the noise from the trucks driving on National Route 1 Bypass right next to it. Trucks don't make much noise if they drive at the speed limit, but some trucks driving at the speed limit make an extraordinary amount of noise. I think the glass should be replaced with soundproof glass. I recommend bringing earplugs, but requesting a room facing the sea in advance. Other than the noise from the trucks, I was very satisfied with the facility, so this was the only thing that was disappointing."

"Many Japanese guests stayed here, and they were all very quiet and polite. The basic breakfast offered coffee, savory side dishes, and matcha. Although the coffee machine was available until 10 AM, I found it a bit inconvenient that no coffee was provided in the room. The front desk staff were polite, quick to respond, and very understanding. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with excellent value for money. I've already booked another stay at their Kawaguchiko branch of the same chain. Many thanks to Toyoko Inn Shizuoka-eki Kita-guchi for their hospitality."

"We arrived at this place after a long drive from the airport in a rental car. It was a bit difficult to find, as it's located in a quiet rural village, but we were impressed by the friendly service. The accommodations were individually furnished, with a traditional Japanese feel, but were also very spacious and comfortable. The meals and cypress bath were especially excellent. It was wonderful to be able to truly experience the Japanese atmosphere in this quiet rural village. I would love to visit again if I have the chance."
