何度か利用させて頂いております。 その度に受付の女性の方のご対応が素晴らしく家族でリピートしております。 アメニティも充実しており、また静かに過ごせる為のんびりしたい方にはオススメです。 以前いらっしゃった爽やかな男性スタッフがお見かけしなくなったので残念です。 また次回宿泊させて頂く際は、マクドナルド以上のスマイルが美しい女性スタッフの方にお会い出来るのを心待ちにしております。 前回は雨だったので、お天気の良い日にリベンジしたいと思います。

まず予約段階でとてもサービスが良かったです。 よりお得になるプランをわざわざ電話でお伝え頂きました。お陰様で2人で1万円もお得に泊まることができました。 部屋も広く綺麗で、普通の部屋とは思えないくらい満足できました。 そして2食付きのプランだったのですが、夕食も朝食もおかずが多くて美味しくて、ちょっと料金が安すぎないかなと思うほどでした。 また、お風呂もとても広くて、かなり熱めのお湯のお風呂がメインのお風呂や露天風呂と別にあったのが嬉しかったです。脱衣所も綺麗で広くて、洗面台にあるドライヤーも良いもので、とても満足です。 ただ気になった点として、朝食時の会場が肌寒かったのと、夜お風呂の空いてる時間がもう少し長いと嬉しいなと思いました。 ぜひまたお世話になりたいですし、次は風雅や優雅などのスイートルームに泊まってみたいなと思っています。

過去に一度だけ利用させていただきました。 お料理も美味しく宿泊そのもの自体は大変満足でした。 先日上記の報道を目にし、大変ショックを受けました。 コロナ関連の助成金、約1億円の不正受給という大変ショッキングな内容で、利用させていただいた時の印象が良かった反面、残念で仕方ありません。 そして、その後の企業としてのご対応・運営につきましても非常に残念な部分がございますため下記にて書かせていただきます。 ・HP上でのお知らせで、岩手労働局からの公表についてとありますが、返還を求められているとする内容のみで、「助成金の不正受給と認定された」という大事な部分を自主的に公表せず、「調査されて間違いがあったから、仕方なく返還します」みないなニュアンスに捉えられる。 不正受給と認定されたのですから、しっかり企業として自らそれを公表し、そして世間に対して謝罪をするべきではないでしょうか？ 不正受給の事実をうやむやにする感が否めないのが非常に残念でした。 ・上記の不正受給案件があり、謝罪をすると同時に企業としての自粛の姿勢が見られず、反省しているように見受けられない。 HP上にて12/2に上記の不正受給について謝罪があり、その後すぐに様々な営業に関するお知らせ等を掲載したり、通常営業を平気で続けられている姿勢が、全く反省しているように見受けられない。 我々の税金を不正に詐取して得たお金で営業をしていた事実、約1億円という金額の大きさから鑑みても営業を自粛し、再発防止に向けて社内で色々な取り組みがなされるべきではないでしょうか？ あまりにも12/2のお知らせに掲載された謝罪と再発防止の言葉が軽々しく感じられます。 以上、色々と大変かとは思いますが、誠実なご対応をいただき、思い出に残る素敵な宿として再起できますよう願っております。

長栄館さんには度々お世話になっています。敷地内から湧く泉質の良い源泉の掛け流しの温泉♨️は有名です。おかみさんはじめ従業員の方たちが変わらぬ笑顔で迎えてくださり、このお宿にしてよかったといつも満足して帰ります。ラッキーなことに今夜は温泉街で花火大会がありました。よく見えるところまで車で送迎して頂き、ここ数年見ることが出来なかった素晴らしい花火🎇🎆を見ることが出来ました。寒さを忘れて心はポカポカです。……もちろんお料理も美味しく完食、デザート🍰はお部屋で………お心配りありがとうございました♪♪♪

2021年12月に利用。久しぶりに遠方の家族と宿泊。 チェックイン、フロント一人で時間かかりすぎ。ビニール袋2枚手渡され「可燃と不燃と分けるように」 「翌朝、浴衣シーツはエレベーターホールの箱に入れるように」 だったらゴミ箱二つ置けば？浴衣とシーツ入れるカゴでも追いとけば？エレベーターホールは入りきらない浴衣が散乱してひどい状態。 風呂上がりの生ビール300円、自慢の日本酒バーも素敵。でも見渡す限りスタッフは長蛇のチェックインを受け付ける人が1人だけ。とても声なんてかけれない。 料理はすでにセットアップしてたのが冷蔵庫から出てくるだけなんでしょうね。確かに刺身は無理でしょう。 朝はまあまあと思っていたら、スタッフの子どもが列の傍から入ってワッフルを手づかみ。(スタッフに怒られて退場) 自慢の搾りたてオレンジジュースは機械が壊れて飲めず。代わりのジュースも無し。 スタッフはビニール手袋使用。客は無し。 自分達だけは万全に客との接触を避けてる感じです。 コロナ禍に入り遠出は出来ないので近隣を同予算で10箇所近く歩いていますが、ダントツで最低。唯一後悔した宿です。
