酒店位置還行 就是環境很吵 訂的商旅套房 到店結果説沒有房了 明明預訂成功了 沒有房就不要拿出來預訂 最後換了一個大床房 費用還和商旅大床房一樣 衞生第一印象不太好 上二樓第一眼都是垃圾啥的 都沒收拾好 房間裏面的馬桶蓋壞了 有個燈也是壞的 一閃一閃的 賊嚇人 床上被子掀開還有頭髮什麼的 總之一言難盡 感覺除了地理位置好一點其他都不行

服務：50塊的房間要兩百塊按金 想不通
衞生：衞生還是很不錯的 床單都是乾淨的 衞生間裏面也很乾凈
環境：環境很好
旁邊是五堰街方便出去玩也方便吃東西

一進門消毒水的味道，
衞生：地上全是煙頭的印子
環境：牆皮都掉了，整體感覺體驗感很不好，客房服務員態度也不好
之前住的體驗感很好，還特地推薦朋友過來，我們當時住的別家，我一直給我朋友説這裏很好，非讓他退了過來住，結果真的是一言難盡啊，
設施：建議翻新一下房間，我們換了一間房還是一樣的！！

因為沒有可以停車的地方，所以開車來的可能會不是很方便。房間門沒有防盜鎖鏈，也沒有一次性拖鞋。攜程免押入住也得交兩百的按金，理由是不是從攜程上扣款，但是我作為一個消費者來説這件事情跟我並沒有什麼關係，是你們與攜程之間的問題，所以我真的覺得很無語🙄Wi-Fi的網速基本相當於沒有。app檢測到了疑似是有隱藏攝像頭，但不確定是周圍還是我定的那個房間🙂️對我沒影響就沒細查🙂️電視基本上也是看不了，都要VIP🙂️早上七點突然全部停電🙂️不過周圍很多吃的，逛街很方便🙂別的暫時不知道説點啥🤷♂️
