一般不寫評價的，但是這次真的被感動到了。
設施：剛裝修的，非常新，色彩搭配也是很新穎，很符合當下流行風格。
衞生：沒得説，乾淨，整潔，一進酒店就有淡淡的香味。
環境：鬧市區，樓下就是各種吃的，推薦燒烤，鱖魚。
服務：很熱情，走到過道，阿姨都會微笑打招呼，前台小姐姐也是一直微笑辦理手續。
首席管家服務:這個就絕了，第一次遇到，下午茶安排真的是妥妥的七星級才有的吧。
暖心夜宵:本來以為下午茶已經是絕絕子了，竟然還問我要不要準備宵夜，周邊好吃的太多了，實在吃不下了。對了，早餐竟然也是當地特色早餐廳直接合作，太棒了。要不是生不由己，真的都捨不得走了呢！👍👍👍😘😘😘

必須五分好評，因為一切都剛好gait到我的點，進門大廳有股淡淡的香味，前台的小姐姐也很熱情，還幫我拿行李、按電梯，房間裝修風格也是我喜歡的簡約風，床頭櫃上還發現了一個歡迎卡片和一小盒蛋糕（剛好餓了）沒幾分鐘前台還打電話問我對房間滿不滿意，還説晚上有免費宵夜服務，問我要不要，因為減肥的緣故，所以我沒問宵夜是什麼也沒要，下次一定要嚐嚐他們的宵夜，總之感覺非常nice，強烈推薦！！

前台小姐姐很熱情免費跟我升了房型，房間很大，裝修風格算是簡約風，很年輕化，晚上還有免費的銀耳羹，那個叫玫瑰的小姐姐好漂亮，是她跟我送的銀耳羹，當時還好奇問她工牌為什麼叫玫瑰？她説她們的酒店標誌就是朵玫瑰花，因為感覺聊的來，我們還加了微信，她説以後出差其他城市她也能幫忙優惠訂房間，超五星好評[強][強]

在攜程這麼多年，這次訂的酒店最差的一次！
房間小就算了，整層樓都瀰漫著煙味、夾雜着打牌的各種聲音！停車要我們停大馬路邊。。。
早餐九點十分就沒有了，服務員告知最近入住的人太多！春節啊，酒店沒有早餐你讓客人去哪吃？喝西北風？？

第一次來石首，從網上選擇了麗怡酒店。酒店是新開業的，房間設施很新，佈局合理，乾淨衞生且沒有裝修後的味道。酒店後院有自己的停車場，但車位不是很多，酒店門前和附近也有車位。酒店服務人員責任心強，對待每一位客人都很熱心，接待我的是前台的陳女士，反覆的告知我酒店的服務項目，感覺就像到家了一樣。從她身上體驗到酒店的人性化管理理念。對了，我們入住之後，還享受到了下午茶，是小點心和紅棗枸杞銀耳羹，很美味更温馨。早餐廳很袖珍，但種類還蠻多的，吃好吃飽沒問題👌

設施：裝修很新 熱水也很好 冬天洗澡也不會冷
衞生：很乾凈 沒有異味
環境：定位準確 很好找 出門就是馬路 打車也很方便
服務：早餐很好吃 蔬菜的種類再豐富一點 除了水煮蛋能提供煎蛋就更好了。退房的時候遺忘了好幾樣東西，前台和客房的工作人員及時聯繫我還幫忙郵寄。
