I chose this hotel for a three-day business trip. Its location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from my company. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Coming back from work each day, I enjoyed a hot shower. The front desk staff were very attentive, always asking if I needed any help. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great, so I always left feeling full each morning. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and will definitely consider staying here again next time.

After checking out from Quanzhou, we checked into this hotel in Shishi. The price was great, and the room was a spacious 80+ square meters. We booked a family suite, which was perfect for taking care of our elders while still having our own space. The room was almost like a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and two bathrooms. The living room had a separate toilet (no shower) and a large bed with a sofa set. The master bedroom's bathroom had a shower, so having two bathrooms was really convenient. The only downside was the air conditioning; the old dial looked concerning, and sure enough, it barely cooled the room after running for a while. We called the hotel and requested two electric fans, and the staff responded very quickly. They even brought us a complimentary white fungus soup in the evening, which our elders really enjoyed. Speaking of service: when I was checking in, I happened to see the staff at the next counter practicing guest check-in and check-out procedures, which was quite interesting. It showed they put a lot of effort into training, and the atmosphere among the employees was also very good – thumbs up. Overall, the service was excellent, but the hotel's overall facilities are a bit old and a significant drawback. However, the price was reasonable, offering good value for money. Oh, and they also had afternoon tea in the lobby (mainly some fruits, soda, instant noodles, and pre-packaged pastries, good enough to tide you over). The automatic coffee machine was quite basic, only offering Americanos. It would have been great to have lattes. Here are some areas for improvement: 1. The air conditioning is old, and the cooling effect isn't great. The AC in the living room seemed to cool better than the bedroom; it felt cooler in the living room when we returned at night. The floor fan they provided was noisy; I'd suggest gradually replacing them with quieter models. It's either hot or noisy, which is especially noticeable at night. 2. The shower room always had a faint smell of urine, and the ceramic toilet seat was heavy and didn't close slowly, so it would bang down if you weren't careful. 3. Rooms facing the road were noisy. Starting at around 2 AM, we heard vehicles passing by and honking – oh my goodness! At 2:40 AM, I was even woken up by a car alarm downstairs, which went off intermittently four times, each lasting about 10 seconds, completely waking me up. Breakfast was just average. I had originally booked for two days but left after one night because it was too stuffy. The early check-out process was handled very smoothly, so I was still very satisfied with the service.

I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly, especially Ms. Shi（施小姐）, who was very helpful. I will definitely stay here if I come to Shishi again.

My stay at Shishi Bailai Hotel was absolutely perfect. It's located right in the heart of Bayi Road, making it super convenient for dining and drinks, and it's close to the Apparel City and tourist attractions. The room was spacious with grand decor, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The bedding was soft and comfy, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a really quiet night's sleep. The service was thoughtful and thorough, with complimentary welcome fruit and turndown service, and they were very responsive. Parking was free, and overall, it was clean, comfortable, and hassle-free. Next time I'm in Shishi, I'll definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious with two bathrooms, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, and the freshly squeezed juice was delicious. They even offered complimentary afternoon tea every day, and I made sure to grab a bowl of white fungus soup every evening. The hotel staff provided excellent service; they even dried my laundry for me after I washed it in the laundry room.

When I was first planning my trip, I saw this hotel was quite close to Quanzhou South Station, so I booked it for one night. But I was really surprised by how amazing it was! Upon check-in, the front desk gave me complimentary fruit. Then, in the evening, someone even delivered snacks to my room, along with tremella soup. I felt so happy! I'll be back in Shishi in a few days and will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. They escorted me to the elevator upon check-in with a bow, and in the evening, a staff member even came to turn down the bed and offer a small snack. The breakfast the next day was also very rich with a good variety. The location is super convenient, very close to the clothing market, and there are also shopping malls nearby. For this price, it's incredible value for money and definitely recommended.

Good for business trip

It’s noisy, disgusting early for cleaning, low level of reception stuff, keeping very long time to check the room to allow the check off ….bad experience 😡

The hotel service was excellent. They sent warm reminders and confirmations before check-in. The guy at the front desk was very nice; he gave us welcome fruit. Since we arrived late and missed afternoon tea, they also provided us with some snacks. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk even gave us a farewell gift. The whole experience was great; we felt right at home. The breakfast was very rich. Overall, it was fantastic.
