It's close to the station, and there are restaurants and a convenience store nearby.
The host is friendly and I always look forward to staying here.
Because it is a hot water supply type, only water comes out after filling the bathtub, but that is tolerable unless it's winter.
The walls are thin, but not noisy.
The price is very reasonable. That's the main reason I've used it so many times.
