The customer service is terrible. I booked a stay and then the roads and railways were closed due to the rains and flooding so I couldn't make it. They ignored my request to get a partial refund and charged full price.

Worst location, was hard to find and was a not nice path (I didn’t feel safe). You are told to leave your shoes outside in a lobby part… my shoes got stolen and the people that worked there were no help. The rooms are damp and always feel wet. The bathrooms are also damp and not nice to be in. Do not stay here

Je suis surpris par la très bonne note que cet établissement a sur un célèbre site de réservation, car il n’est pas très propre et un peu délabré, voire sordide. Le chemin qui y mène est glauque, pas du tout entretenu et le bâtiment ne donne vraiment pas envie d’y entrer. J’avais réservé une chambre, mais seule une fine ****is de bois séparait celle-ci des parties communes, ce qui était très désagréable. J’avais l’impression de n’avoir aucune intimité (les gens semblaient être dans ma chambre) et ne me suis vraiment pas du tout senti à l’aise. J’avais réservé 3 nuits, mais n’ai pas voulu rester dans cet endroit et suis parti après la première! A déconseiller…
