We stayed ２ nights on our trip to Kochi in October 2020. The hotel was undergoing a large-scale repair work on the outer wall and there was a scaffolding around. Parking is free, but the first parking lot just beside the hotel can only park about 10 cars, so you will park in a parking lot a little far away when you are full. Arrived around 14 o'clock, but I was able to check in. The front desk staff is not stationed during the day, so the room key is good. When you need it, you can call the staff at the front desk bell, and there is nothing wrong with it. Breakfast is provided free of charge from 7:30 in the lobby, but this time the staff at the dining room also served as the front desk business. We are trying to reduce costs by thoroughly saving labor. The content of the breakfast was mainly Japanese food, and Western food was about bread, salad and drink, but it is glad to eat this for free. １ There is a ”Yakuyu bath” behind the front desk on the floor, but there are only １, so it is a men and women change system on the day of the week and time. The washroom was about ４ and the bathtub was about tatami mats, but the smell of medicinal herbs was healed. We stayed on weekdays, but the morning bath is only for men, and it is switched from women to men at 20 o'clock at night, so women are quite difficult to use. On weekends, men and women seemed to be changing their time. Not a new hotel, so you feel less 々 old in the room and hotel facilities. Compact twin room, storage space is insufficient. The hanger rack is also narrow and ４ hanging is full, but there was a stick in the free rental goods placed in the elevator side space. １ In front of the front floor, you can put daily necessities such as cotton swabs and body sponges, and you can feel the devise in detail. It was a perfect hotel for the sightseeing starting point of Tosa Shimizu, Shimanto gawa River, Shimanto gawa River, with a warm service with cheap accommodation fee.
