I saw a nice photo of the homepage and decided to this hotel immediately. Lobby, courtyard, pool, corridor... It was a hotel full of exotic feelings that I wanted to take pictures everywhere. Clean, customer service was polite and cozy. However, I felt that it took a little time to see the sightseeing spot. So this time I will be at the hotel and will use it again next year ♪

This was definitely my best experience at a hotel in Japan. Hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We were treated like VIPs throughout the stay. Our room was superb, with a great view of the bay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (where can we buy those pillows?). The room was very quiet. In many hotels, you will often hear some buzzing noise of AC (?), but not in this hotel. We particularly enjoyed our time in the guest lounge with a reading room—looking over Ago Bay at sunset and enjoying small but exquisite hors d'oeuvres (the quiche was a killer!). For non-readers, this is a romantic place to look into your lover’s eyes. I enjoyed reading, relaxing next to my husband, who was sipping wine. I couldn’t finish “Karei-naru Ichizoku” so we will come back to finish the book. It would be better if the reading room had a better selection of books both in Japanese and in English--for example, some novels set in ocean resort hotels (I can recommend some), and reading lamps (for after sunset). Our stay concluded with an amazing breakfast. Although it was called “American breakfast,” it came with soup (which tasted great) and a salad (which tasted great, too, and very very fresh—cucumbers tasted amazingly juicy). I have never had a better egg benedict! The hollandaise sauce is flavored with shrimp, elevating the egg benedict to a real French dish. Overall, this is the best place to come when you want to be pampered. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

In July 2021, I stayed at the silver wedding commemoration. I emailed the hotel in advance, upgraded the meal, and at the last night's French dinner, I also received a silver wedding memorial plate. The staff at the front desk and restaurant recognized us and called us by name and responded very polite and kind. Japanese food, French, breakfast and all are delicious and wonderful. It was good to incorporate the ground. I sent you an email to thank you and the improvement I noticed later, but I was surprised by the reply from the manager. I want to use it again. Thank you.

I stayed in a twin room at GW １ for a night. Until before arrival, I was a little worried about staying with small children 々, but I am really grateful that everyone is friendly to kids. We recommend a course where you can take a walk along the promenade from The Bay Suite to The Classic. Sea urchin bonfam caviar, spiny lobster American sauce, and abalone steak (especially two kinds of vanilla butter sauce) were exceptional. At the １ F shop in the classic, there is a local jibie curry bread sold only on Sundays, which is recommended.

The hotel has free parking and there is a free parking ticket to the Spanish Village next door. The room is large and it is a country. The back type hotel, the corridors are very similar, and I feel a little thriller at night. It's a little shabby, but it's a good fit for the Spanish sense of shabbyness. After more than a year, I finally had a buffet breakfast at the hotel! If you drive for dinner, there will be the nearest family for a few minutes, or go to Zhimo City a few kilometers away to eat. Don't want to trouble yourself to have Japanese and Western restaurants in the hotel. The front desk service is very good, there is a Spanish dance performance at night, and there is a seat early.

The bath was known as a cat leg in advance, so I enjoyed it without being particularly confused. The weather was not good, but the stay in the room was relaxing. It is necessary to be careful because the foot is slippery when it is raining. The refrigerator in the room is small, so the ice making room is very small, and it is a little unfortunate that the ice I bought did not enter well. But I want to eat my own next time because there are tableware. It was good to have breakfast with sausage, baked bread, and local food. It is convenient because it is also very close to the station from here. I wrote it before, but at the time of reservation, the accommodation fee will be how much per person, but in fact it is the standard of １ room, so you have to be careful when changing the number of reservations on the way. Also, the dog is １ 2,000 yen accommodation fee. The multi headed dog will have a high accommodation fee, but it may be a good place. By the way, the dogs usually sleep in the same room as their daughters, so this time my daughter slept on the sofa on the １ floor. I thought it would be better to bring a blanket in this case. I'm looking forward to it because I can do dog run next time.

I stayed on a trip in April. The building is not a new building, but it was well cleaned. It was a Japanese-Western style room and it was a luxury for a family ５ name. When I arrived at the hotel, it would have been nice to have a parking lot information if possible. The door of the open-air bath was often open and it was cold. I went to tighten it several times, but I gave up because I was playing with it. The spring part on the door may be old. I went to see the word of mouth before my stay, so I didn't expect much, but overall I was happy with the very good inn. Another point is that there is no convenience store nearby, so you should be careful.
