優點：停車場大，車位充足。發現問題後，工作人員積極響應（解決沒解決是另一回事）。
缺點：房間是個大轉角，好像是後來改造成客房的，佈局極不合理，毛巾架在門口，衞生間卻在房間的最裡麪，而且沒有掛毛巾的地方。窗户為了限位，擰了個螺絲釘，擰的時候倒是上點心啊！給窗户留個大縫，灌風導致房間冷，空調卻不工作，打電話給前台，回覆是因為別的客人嫌熱，所以把中央空調關了。暫且不説同是住店客人，為啥區別對待的問題，單説誰家的中央空調不能每個房間單獨控制啊！這種解釋太牽強，無法讓人接受。開始定了2天，果斷決定退1天，在攜程客服的協調下完成了訂單修改。

四星級酒店標配也就三星級，看中的就是有自己的停車場，前台服務熱情，房間較乾淨，沒有茶几，空調製冷效果不佳，洗臉盆上水龍頭開關很費勁，還有衞生間馬桶處漏水，沒有地漏，腳剛跨進去拖鞋都濕了，打電話給前台，服務員過來説是洗澡水漏進去了，我説還沒洗澡時裏面就有水了，她將水掃掉不聲不響就走了，我一看雖然水掃掉了，但地上還是濕的，地磚很滑容易跌倒，又叫服務員過來，她很不情願的用抹布擦乾，衞生紙也是小小一卷不夠用，到前台工作人員又給了2卷，一間房間2瓶水，如不夠就要付錢買，自助早餐品種不多但夠吃飽，總之酒店性價比算高的

酒店在縣城裡，離石林還有半小時的路。酒店裡沒有吃飯的地方，去了附近縣汽車站的一條街，有燒烤火鍋，當地菜都有，還找了一家馬肉店，買了一點馬肉是當地的特色。酒店價格比較便宜，經濟實惠，因為我們是開車去的，所以選擇了縣城的酒店沒有住靠近石林的酒店。

房間較陳舊，地毯較臟。衞浴間設計太差，沒有門，正對房間裏的大鏡子。衞浴間無毛巾架，也沒有放衣服的架子。洗澡時很尷尬，需脱光後進去淋浴，出來也要光着擦水。房間鏡子直播！天才設計！

設施：以前住過多次，選的都是2m大床房，這次住的房間寫了是2m，其實床是1.8m，由於是深夜入住懶得折騰了，但是帶了孩子差那20公分就很不方便，睡不好
衞生：這個衞生間有濃重的味道，從入住持續到退房，吹風機布袋裡有水，但外面又是乾燥的，導致去取吹風機弄得一手的水，吹也吹不了，機器裏也有水怕觸電，請細心檢查
