千萬別住！門口停車是***，亂收費，我們下着大雨帶着孩子卸了一下行李，不給錢就不讓走，酒店也不管。前台服務更差，我們訂的商務大床，由於網上訂單比店內低，前台就給偷換了普通大床。進屋之後一股潮濕發黴的味道，洗澡基本沒熱水，也不給洗漱用品，連個刷牙缸都沒有，價格還那麼高。最噁心的一次入住體驗！以後再也不住了！

房間如果是廊窗的話，房間有點潮。衞生間設施比較舊，房間挺大就是隔音效果不太好。地理位置好打車總體來説還可以。

酒店位於地鐵莊窠鐵道大學站附近，交通便利，有多條公交線路經過。內窗的房間環境也較為安靜，各種設施齊全，衞生較好。

鬧市區，一個人住着比較安全放心，樓下都是超市葯店小吃店，生活方便，房間很大，設施有年頭了，晚上睡覺很安靜。

房間隔音太差了！！雖然早上十點確實不算是什麼休息時間，但作為酒店，顧客肯定是為了休息來的！兩個酒店工作人員在走廊裏大聲説話，成功把我喊醒，但我還要感謝這兩位工作人員，要不是他們把我喊醒，我可能還不會知道保潔私自打開了我的房門！！！這倆人在門口喊完，其中一個人就敲我的門，我問誰啊，她敲門我回應中間間隔一秒不到，但她沒回應之間就刷卡進來了，我感覺又迴應了兩句誰啊誰啊，她才反應過來屋裡有人，説了一句有人啊沒退房啊……我當時正在床上躺着，還好房門和床不對着。住了這麼多次酒店去了這麼多地方，這還是我第一次經歷這種事情，真的很無語😓

酒店前台不錯，房間差極了。我問服務員為什麼你們酒店評分那麼低？她説那是以前的，現在剛換了老闆。她改好心的給我房間升了級。從大床升到家庭房，你説我一個人住的了那麼多床？這不是欺負人嗎？我猶豫了一下説好吧。但是房間裏味道特別大，而且樓道里在施工，噪音特別大。房間在陰面特別冷，打開空調開了半個小時，更冷了。叫來師傅弄了半天説這還是新的可是壞了。換房間吧。結果半天前台都絲毫沒有反應.。我收拾東西拔房卡出來了，樓道里的保潔阿姨問我，我説那個房間在哪裡，她指指施工🚧的地方，要穿過去，我説算了，到樓下又換了一個房間，哎，還不如民俗的房間…
