非常滿意的一次體驗，下次來還會選擇這裏入住，服務態度特別好，看我們帶孩子，還特意給選了一間大一點的房間，房間乾淨整潔，位置特別好，特別方便，就在灣裏廟步行街上，離新百廣場也非常近，吃飯出行都很方便。

石家莊新百廣場如家酒店位置很贊，離地鐵站步行5分鐘，逛新百廣場、北國商城超方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果好。前台服務熱情，辦理入住退房都很快。

感覺開的一個是最小的房間，兩個床中間就能走一個人的寬度，床周圍空特別小基本上都可以説沒空了，房間也根本不是圖片上那麼大還有桌子那種，如果沒有圖片上的那種房間就別放照騙好嗎，而且洗澡水特別涼，本來就累一天了還用的涼水洗的澡，體驗感很不好，看起來很高級的兩百多的酒店住的房間卻像是幾十塊錢小旅館的感覺。枕套也有污漬
