The service was great, and they even upgraded my room for free. The surrounding area is nice, and there's plenty of parking. However, it was a bit strange that the rooms on the 13th floor share the same level with a postnatal care center, with no clear signage. The room facilities are a bit old, and compared to other Vienna Hotels that opened around the same time, the maintenance here seems a little lacking.
