An unexpected delightful stay! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station and commercial areas. It's quiet and comfortable with very attentive service. The hotel environment is peaceful, featuring a Golden Key concierge who personally escorts you to your room and provides a detailed introduction. They also offer many personalized and thoughtful services. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The recommendations for Zhiyins, Zhengtai, and Wanlimiao were fantastic – we had a great time and got a real feel for Shijiazhuang's culture and history.

My stay at Century Hotel exceeded expectations! The location is absolutely prime, right in the city center on Zhongshan Road, with subways running in all directions. Check-in was fast and efficient. A bellhop escorted me to my room, and when I wasn't happy with the orientation, I requested a room change. A Golden Key concierge quickly brought me a new key card and, while helping me switch rooms, also gave me recommendations for local restaurants, popular attractions, and shopping areas around the hotel. The entire service experience was warm and thoughtful, with no hint of impatience. This is a truly excellent star-rated hotel.

Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service We stayed at Yun-Zen Century Hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the area. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding room service provided by Zhang Feifei, who was extremely attentive and made our stay very pleasant. Even though it was rainy during our visit, the hotel kindly provided us with additional umbrellas without any hassle. The reception staff were also very helpful — arranging a late checkout was smooth and easy. Thank you again for the warm hospitality! Best regards from rooms 1207 and 1206.

Excellent location, 2 big shopping malls just opposite the Hotel, MRT, airport shuttle also just near by. The food street is nice too, and a lot varieties to choose. Staff offered a free room upgrade just because of the spoiled TV.
