I want to start from the welcome in this hotel, at check-in I was welcomed by KARA, the best welcome I have ever received in China, a very kind and professional person with splendid spoken English, he really fulfilled my every request for the rest, truly wonderful hotel, majestic in its external structure, splendid and elegant in its furnishings, my room on the twenty-first floor, spectacular with a view of the golf course. Spacious, elegant and refined room and everything spotless. I ordered a dinner in the room and in a few minutes I received everything, very good. Highly recommended!!

This hotel is ok. Short walk to the downtown pedestrian street. Gym and pool a little disappointing. Buffet is ok but they need more staff in the restaurant.

酒店很好地理位置也方便 還給安排的景觀房 開窗就能看到世紀公園 還有高爾夫球場 管家團隊毛夢璐服務態度也很好 也特別能為客人着想 還給準備了果盒因為時間來不及怕浪費就沒有要 下次時間來得及的話可以嚐嚐果盒 晚上還給送了泡芙 很好的一次入住

在石家莊入住的第一家酒店，價格在石家莊算是性價比較高的酒店了，房間整體感覺很舒適，景觀不錯，酒店特地安排了管家李良慧全程為我服務，很熱情，我是晚上大概22：00左右到酒店的，特別感受很深的是李良慧帶給我的熱情，她一直在前台等我，然後協助我辦理入住手續，還幫我拿行李，送我到房間，也給我送了一份大大的水果，真的是很驚喜，很意外。酒店位置也便利臨近高爾夫球場和萬達步行街，適合逛街，商業很多。房間內的床墊、被子都很不錯，很舒服！下次來還會聯繫管家李良慧服務，態度也超好，温柔的小姑娘。
