今年春節的時候我們住過3天，當時入住了218房間，當時在自媒體平台上也寫了筆記對這家酒店評價很高，這次十一過來又訂了3天，本來還想入住那個房間，但是辦理入住時那個房間已經有客人了，前台就給我們安排在一個雅緻露台的房間，上去後並不是太滿意那個房型，然後下去前台重新換回了豪華大床房。
這次入住這點我並不是很滿意，我説我訂的是豪華大床房，當時我辦理入住時這個房型沒房就應該明確告訴我，而不是私自給我換了雅緻露台的房型，前台那男的是不是以為我是第一次入住就想給我糊弄過去，有點無語，後來下去找他換房間又説豪華大床房有房了。。。這裏夏天蚊蟲比較多，臭大姐嗙嗙往玻璃上撞，我們本身就不太想住有陽台的房間。
這次還有一點不太智能的是，我們入住3晚，自駕的車子要每天在前台登記出入的車牌號碼，系統就不能智能一點把3天的都給我錄入上嘛，外面的保安也及其負責，沒錄入就不讓進，看房卡都不行，這點是不是應該表揚管理的太到位了？
雖然這次入住這兩個地方的服務讓我有點不爽，但還算是比較愉快的一次入住，連着泡了3天温泉也挺爽了。

房間不錯，小但乾淨，私密性也很好，私湯想換湯隨時可以換！兩衹管家姐姐也都很盡職盡責，隨叫隨到，超級耐心！我這邊遇到的白班管家是許彥敏姐姐夜班管家是孫雪嬌姐姐！都很好！三張圖p1是私湯小院的入口，第二張是傍晚在露台上隨手拍的，p3隨處可見的燈籠，景色很好但是可惜我手機拍夜景拍得很垃。唯一的缺點是入住要先爬一段山，但是吧爬完了泡温泉超超超超超舒服！

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，前台小姑娘齊偉高詩雨許佳佳很熱情的提供各種幫助，感覺很貼心，給她們點個贊。
早餐品種豐富，房間設施新，床品舒服，環境整潔，因為在山裡，所以噪聲小，足夠安靜 ，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了。總體來説呢這次入住感覺挺開心的。

首先要説服務人員到服務真的很好，要什麼都送的很快，但是！！衞生太差了吧！入住的時候着急出去玩，等晚上泡完温泉回來真是一個大無語！這個衞生狀況都不是打掃的問題，我都害怕是有啥東西爬到房頂了……太嚇人了！

酒店前台齊偉高詩雨許佳佳服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。酒店設施完善，性價比超高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置非常好，房間採光不錯，衞生間也搞的挺好的，很大，而且乾濕分離。下次還會選擇來這兒玩兒。

管家大姐許彥敏人特別好，真的是非常敬業，發微信提要求，服務都是立即響應，隨叫隨到。
私湯可以無限泡，公共區域景觀也不錯，服務很貼心，半路會有茶和小吃補充體力和水份，總之這是我在石家莊最滿意的一次温泉，所以臨時決定又續住一晚。
