A shadow of once elegant hotel. One can see the property is excellent. But for a good hotel stay, management need to renovate it. It has the potential to make it to elite club. It would be nice if they could open air conditioner in public area too.

The facilities are a bit old and the service is average. Want to have a clean quilt, the floor attendant pushed three and four, very reluctant. Early morning is not bad, but there are no vegetables. The waiter said bean sprouts are vegetables. Lots of parking spaces, good price-performance ratio, still recommended!

10年前應該是石城最好的酒店吧，相當於縣賓館，佔地面積大，不過這麼多年來的，算老的酒店了，設備也差強人意，前台服務員換人了，之前的服務挺好的，顧客的要求都可以辦到現在都不行了，以後也不會再到這家住了

這個酒店有檔次，但價格實惠，房間寬敞明亮，床單被套乾淨衞生，前台接待態度非常好。尤其是前台一個姓温的服務員（見圖1），不止是服務態度好温柔親切以外，對住客也是盡心盡意負責。我是被她的工作和服務態度所佩服給她點贊👍👍👍，企業有這樣員工一定會生意興隆財源廣進！

設施：有點老舊了吧，地毯都發麻了，空調也是是統一供氣的，春節很熱的時候不能開冷氣
設施：門也是壞的，無法反鎖

一共遇到三個前台，有兩個是正常，一個態度惡劣，房間的空調吵得很，淋浴頭上是壞的，馬桶水沖不走，這酒店落魄真不是沒啥原因的
