Hotel Matsumotoro

宿泊した部屋は、洋室で十分に広く、きれいであった。1点、加湿器の水が少し古くなっていたことが気になりましたが、それ以外は、満点でした。夕食もおいしく、朝食のビュッフェも、品数が豊富で素晴らしかったです。

Hotel Matsumotoro is a long-established inn located on the side of the road heading east on the main street, about 4 to 500 meters from the entrance of Ishidangai, which can be said to be the center of Ikaho Onsen. There is a footbath next to the entrance, and there is a large lobby when you go through the entrance. The hot springs at this hotel were the best. You can enjoy both the ``Golden Hot Spring'' and ``Shiragane Hot Spring'' gushing out of Ikaho Onsen. There was an observation open-air professional on the 8th floor. From there, you could see a spectacular view of the cityscape of Ikaho Onsen and the mountains beyond.

Our first night at Ikaho Onsen was at Hotel Matsumotoro. Matsumotoro was built on the east side of the road in the hot spring town of Ikaho Onsen. The site was full in front of the building and entrance, so I was directed to a parking lot a little further away. There aren't that many rooms, but the public spaces are spacious, so I was able to spend a very comfortable time there. There was a footbath next to the entrance, but since it was right next to the entrance and by the road, it didn't seem like it would be very relaxing, but the hot springs on the 2nd and 8th floors were comfortable. did. Each hot spring has two types of hot springs, ``Kogane-no-Yu'' and ``Shirogane-no-Yu'' from Ikaho Onsen. In particular, from the open-air bath on the 8th floor, you could see the mountains in the distance and the city lights of Ikaho's hot spring town. Additionally, the public baths on the 2nd and 8th floors are open for men and women, so you can enjoy different hot springs at night and in the morning.

Used for day trip bathing. I arrived on Saturday afternoon. Men's and women's bathrooms change depending on the time of day, and men who are day visitors have an open-air bath with a great view on the 8th floor. Golden hot water and silver hot water. The brown golden hot water is especially recommended. There were hardly any customers, so I was able to spend 90 minutes at a leisurely pace.

All the staff provided cordial customer service. The room was bigger than I expected and I could roll around and lie down, which I couldn't do at home. . . I was able to spread my wings a lot. The open-air bath has a nice view and I'm satisfied. The fact that the amenities were also substantial was a plus. Breakfast was a buffet, but the menu was complete and delicious. Dinner was served in the room, so I was able to enjoy it with my family. It was my first time to visit Ikaho Onsen, but I fell in love with it thanks to Mr. Matsumotoro. thank you

It was my first time staying there. I was very happy with the staff's careful attention to detail, and I enjoyed my stay in a homely atmosphere. When I returned from going out, I was greeted at the front door and it felt like I had come home. The room had been renovated and was very clean and I felt relaxed in the Japanese style room. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious and a soothing meal for everyday life. If I had to pick a dish, the pork soup for breakfast was so delicious that I ended up having to refill it several times. It was an impressive hotel that I would like to stay at again and again.

ツインルーム温泉露天風呂付ルーム７０７へ宿泊。リニューアルされたばかりの部屋で綺麗で快適です。 伊香保温泉の石段街からやや離れますが歩ける距離に立地。 時間前の到着でしたが感じのいい対応に満足でした。 温泉も部屋の白金、大浴場の黄金ともに十分くつろぐことが出来ました。 夕食は個室でしたがやや時間がかかり品も特筆できるものはなく、朝食は豊富な種類ですが落ち着きませんでした。 夜のうちに雪が流れてきており心地よい白銀に満足でした。

孫と母親、じいじとばあば5人で宿泊しました。孫や母親はリピートですが、私たちは初めて。伊香保温泉なら松本楼だと決めていたので、その期待に反しない湯よし、食事よし、部屋からの眺め良し、サービスも良しですべてが良かったです。階段街までは約10分程、射的や輪投げ、手裏剣等など孫たちは普段体験できないことばかりで大変な喜びようで、こちらもずっと続く上り階段での疲れも忘れてしまいました。次回も松本楼ですね。

夕食後にカラオケを利用したのですが、予約時の料金の表示は一切なく案内の時点でも何もなかったにも関わらずカラオケルームの鍵を返却する際に一人当たり1000円請求されました。私たちは複数名で滞在していましたが半数は途中からや最後のみの参加でした。にも関わらずなんの確認もなく多額なカラオケ料金を請求されよくわかりませんでした。 精算時に多少の減額はしてもらいましたが金額を表示せずに後出しなのは良くないですね、しかも多額。私は予約時にもホームページでも確認をし、室内のタブレットも何度も確認したのに料金は載ってるの一点張りでした。予約システムの説明も実際のものとは異なっていたので把握してないんでしょうね。ちなみに機種も古いものなので（それは仕方ないかもしれませんが）割高かと、、、。 カラオケを利用されたい方は気をつけて下さい。 ご飯と接客やお風呂は良かったのにそこだけが残念でした。
