The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many group stores in Fox Plaza downstairs, and there are also many small shops outside the shopping mall to choose from. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is very complete with kitchen utensils, ranging from stoves and pots to tableware and utensils. You can actually buy ingredients for the stove. There is also a washing machine that combines washing and drying in the room. The whole process takes 5-6 hours, which feels very long. What I like the most is their shower gel and shampoo. They have a nice fragrance and are very relaxing after use. The overall stay was very good and I will stay here many times if I have the chance.

The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

Our first choice’Regular Room’ was very cold with a small heater inside of it. We tried to get the second one but the duty officer was playing dumb and showing us the second layer of blankets 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️😂😂😂 haha! Then, the lady manager came and very kindly offered us an alternate room in wooden house with a big heater inside. She was very nice and offered a hot coffee to warm up. The stay for kids was amazing. So many attractions are in the park beside. This compensates the old design and furniture of the hotel.

Is there any children? Do you still need to prepare something for me? Is the hotel industry so rolled now? ? ? I had a star service experience in an instant. I went to the hotel and my husband to check in. The lobby was a little small but the match was very warm and nice. The passage may be because the floor is not so spacious. At first glance, you can know that it has not been renovated for a long time. The carpet is still new. The waiter specially introduced the voice intelligent interaction system. I tried it and changed it well. I don’t need to get up and pull the curtains and press the switch. Just ”open”, It's too friendly for people I don't want to move when I lie down. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, most hotels are like this, nothing special. Their restaurant is very suitable for taking pictures in the morning. The blue sky and white clouds are accompanied by the sun. The taste of happiness in the day is full of happiness. I don’t say that I have to go to Window of the World and Happy Valley to play.
