Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

Kaiyuan Hotel

I have lived in Shenzhen East Gate several times. Why is this evaluation? Because the hotel is being renovated one after another, the installation is much better than the original. Opposite Sun Department Store, this location is too convenient for shopping and eating and drinking. I don’t know if it’s all installed. Will the price increase, now there is no, The room does not have to be expected to be big, enough is enough, after all, it is the East Gate!
Boyu Boutique Hotel(Shenzhen Dongmen Old Street)

The hotel has a good location. It is located in the bustling area of Dongmen Pedestrian Street, not far from the subway station. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making eating and shopping very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are older. The wash basin in one of the rooms is in tatters. The bed in the room I changed to was not big enough because the room I booked had a 1.8-meter bed. Then I moved to another room and there was heavy smoke. The smell is really unpleasant as it is windowless. I have stayed in many hotels before, and I have never tried to change rooms three times. In the end, I had to change rooms three times before I accepted it. However, I am very grateful to the waiter for helping me change rooms. Originally, I didn't have much requirements for this economical room price, but the overall facilities and cleanliness of the room were average. There were stains on the carpet, and the price/performance ratio was average.

The room is very compact, but it is enough. Sanitary conditions are also OK, the bathroom and toilet are together, a little compact. If the ordinary business trip funds are tight, you can consider it.
Shenzhen Kuye Future Hotel

The hotel room is small and well-equipped with complete facilities. The lights can be switched on and off intelligently, and Xiao Ai's classmate plays music. It can be controlled by voice, which is quite cyber. The bed was quite comfortable, there was TV and some movies to watch, there was a hair dryer, and two bottles of water were provided every day, which was good. The bathroom is small, the hand washing box is also very small, there is no dry and wet separation, the hygiene is okay, and the draft is strong. The air conditioner is quite strong, so remember to turn it on every time you enter. Food has to be bought outside. Another point is that every time you come in, you are asked which room you are staying in which is quite repetitive. If you ask, you are told that if you bring friends in, you have to register at the hotel to avoid being investigated.

The sanitation is very clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The location is in the bustling and lively business district, but the sound insulation effect is very good. There is no need to worry about being woken up in the middle of the night. It is a great living experience.
Shenzhen Lechao International Youth Hostel (Dongmen Pedestrian Street)

The location of the Youth Hostel is very close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street, and it is very famous. There are a lot of meals here. The specific location is upstairs in Luohu Mechanical and Electrical Building. There are several 24-hour convenience stores downstairs. There is an aunt selling rice rolls opposite. There are also several snack bars. There are 3+1 halls and 4 rooms. 2 quadruple rooms, 1 2, 1 6? There is a quadruple room in the lobby. There are also 2 toilets, and there is one with a bath in the bathroom. It is much better than one in the bathroom. The room was very clean and there were curtains on the upper and lower bunks. The color of the decoration feels very fresh. The shoes are placed on the door rack, and the room will not smell. Below is the 24-hour store, there will be the sound of cooking speech. But the decibels will not be particularly large, and I sleep lightly and have not been affected. The sputum is not so quiet. Stayed for a few days for specific feelings, provided to the children who want to book a room for reference.
