The Hotel staff was amiable and accommodating. Although very little English was spoken, the staff tried to speak Cantonese to my wife. We were upgraded to a suite which was clean and very big. Our package included a daily buffet breakfast and VIP lounge access for a light meal in the evening. We were given choices out of 4 sets. The set meal in the lounge was average but it was very cosy and quiet with all kinds of drinks available. The best part of the hotel was the bathtub with a view! The buffet breakfast was OK. Tea and coffee were very average. You get better quality from your room. There are a variety of international cable TV channels. To my disappointment, the very latest international movie collections come with a daily flat rate. The size of the TV is a bit small compared to the size of the suite. The sound bar was fantastic though. We were very happy that we did not smell cigarette smoke in the hotel except near the smoking venue. The hotel is very easy to get to by the underground train. You can have weatherproof access to the gigantic mall across the road via the train station. Hard Rock Hotel is positioned to take advantage of the local facilities for a family holiday. It is very popular with families from HK.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are big, clean and tidy, and the facilities are new. Especially the handsome guy at the front desk has great service. We stayed for three nights in a row. The buffet in the morning was very delicious. Hahahaha. I will stay with my daughter next time. 730 , I stayed in room 738. It’s big and quiet. I stayed in such a good hotel at such a price. My husband was full of praises.

During this event in Shenzhen, I was very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, I was attracted by its design, which is British industrial style. The color is matched with green. Green can be reflected in every detail, from the elevator guide to the bathroom trash can, etc. It is very comfortable. The most unexpected thing about the room is that it is equipped with a yoga mat. It was very considerate and attentive to me for doing prostrations every day. There are also stone steps on the wall of the shower room, which all reflect the people-oriented approach. The hotel is clean and the service is very good. My roommates and I are very satisfied. We must leave comments and likes despite our busy schedule👍

The hotel is at Exit E of Changhu Station. I thought I had already seen Atour Hotel at the subway station. It is very convenient. The hotel front desk staff is very kind. The room is neat and clean. Check-in only takes five to 10 minutes. It is worth appreciating! The breakfast is very rich. The noodle cook 👍🏻 is really hardworking and has a friendly attitude! Very polite! The only thing I have to complain about is that I can’t find a children’s cartoon TV channel 😅 Overall, I’m very satisfied! Next time I come to Guanlan, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again, thank you🙏🏻

The front desk service is warm and generous. Downstairs is Fangji Tea Restaurant.

Rest assured that the bed is very comfortable, soft bath towels are clean, the bedding is very clean, the room is big and clean, the price is high, and the travel is very convenient.
