Love this hotel! 5-star service the moment we arrived, was served a welcome drink. The hotel staff greets us everytime we pass by the lobby, very warm and friendly service. Room is huge and luxurious. Soap is from Diptyque which makes you feel so pampered. Even on our last day, doorman Kevin Zhu helped us check our ferry timings and assisted with loading our luggage’s into the car. That was really nice of him! Highly recommend this lovely hotel and would love to be back someday!

Thank you Michael who checked us in, the first room we were in had a strong cigarette smell and we had to change to another room. He was helpful but in room dinning to set the welcome fruit to the new room when I told him we were moving to another room and please set up the new room. We went to the pool, we were told guests must bring their own swim board which I was quite surprised with,as I truly believe they do but just do not want to be led out... Which eventually I found out that really was the case. The location of the hotel was convenient and we had a late check out till 2 pm which we were delighted with, and I also liked their flower arrangement and lobby scent which was very welcoming.

The rooms have a simple and bright design style, and have everything you need. The toilet can be used to wash your butt. Will book again next time I go horse racing.

The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient transportation and a food court downstairs. The room is clean, the view is open, and there is no feeling of oppression. The pillows in the room are very comfortable for sleeping, and I don't have neck pain when I get up early in the morning. In particular, I would like to commend the front desk clerk, Ms. Wang, for her enthusiastic and attentive work attitude. Thanks to her careful arrangements, the children could see the Christmas decorations at the Sheraton Hotel across the street. They were excited and happy, and had an unforgettable Christmas. We love to stay at this hotel, very central n easy to get by. The people there are very helpful and kind. We stayed 3 days and traveled to Guangzhou and back to Lanshotel to stay one more night before depart for Shanghai. The room is excellent, love the decor of the room! Simple and homely. The toilet is very impressive, my first time using it to wash my bottom after toilet. The seat is warm. As soon as you walk in the washroom, the light will turn on automatically! They provided plenty of bottled water 😍 which we needed in a hot day. Short distance to walk to all shops and to eatery places. The best part, this hotel provides washing n drying facilities, 👍🏻‼️ thank you so much to the stuff for their help upgraded us to superior room!

The location is an absolute advantage, 10 meters away from Exit B. It is super convenient to eat and go shopping next to it. It is recommended that the homeowner clean the range hood. The whole room is greasy and uncomfortable. I wanted to make breakfast or something, but I didn't even want to enter the kitchen. The balcony door could not be closed, and the bedding and other items were piled up, and they did not enter. The room is not very good, there is no sunlight. The temperature outside is 28 degrees, and the room will feel cold when sleeping. There is a bed that is blocked by a screen in the living room and cannot sleep. As a result, 2 people squeezed in a room, and a bed was still a wire bed. If the old and new are not high in hygiene requirements, this price may be a good deal. The projector is good and very clear. Customer service will answer all questions.

Let me talk about my feelings, because the decoration of many apartment brands in Building AB on the floor is basically the same. Some services during the so-called stay are really good. The hotel doesnt really look like that new from the outside, as we arrived we doubted if we have gone to the wrong place. The hotel located next to a residential area, 2-3 small stores nearby. Close to One Avenue, but not walking distance. Check in was smooth, staff knew minimal English though. The hotel has a aviation theme at the lobby. The room itself was fine, we had a double bed plus some sitting area. Room was spacious. Throughout the stay the minibar was available for free for us, and they extended check out time to 2pm for us. We ordered delivery online and was delivered to us at the room by the little robot from the hotel once it is delivered to the hotel. Pleasant stay overall, wished the location was a little more convient though.
