The stay was pleasant. They offered us if we want have a late check-out. I think that was considerate of them considering that people celebrate New Year’s Eve and that they stay out late. My only concern was that I made a request upon booking for a better view on a higher floor and they put us on a second floor. That was not pleasant for me. I did not insist anymore since I already wrote it upon booking and if they chose to ignore that then let it be. The interiors need renovating. The breakfast though was good. It has a decent Western/ Asian breakfast. I love that part. The place is literally a 5 minute walk to Sea World.

I stayed and slept very comfortably. There are not many breakfast options, but they are very good. Delicious, both espresso and yogurt! The fruits are all freshly cut! Since the K11 shopping mall and Gaoye Dadu near the hotel are still under construction, don't expect delicious food nearby! If you only plan to stay next to the subway station for convenient travel, choosing this hotel is a good choice!!

The newly opened hotel is in Prince Bay. The hotel is beautiful and the room type I am in can see the invincible sea view. But the most impressive thing for me is not the landscape or hotel facilities, but the service. Stayed here for 3 nights and was impressed by the service of the duty manager Ah Xian! His hospitality is really meticulous, comparable to a 6-star hotel butler. The side shows that the management level of this hotel is still very high. Will choose to stay here next time!

This hotel is very good. Firstly, the transportation is very convenient. It takes only 2 minutes to walk from Exit A of the Sea World subway station. The parking is also free. As for the rooms, they are well-equipped with a projector for watching movies, a bathtub for soaking, and a smart toilet. The decoration is nice as well. The staff here provide good service with a friendly and sincere attitude. They can also assist with late check-out. The hotel has a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The staff in wine front desk are also enthusiastic, with a warm and hospitable attitude. There are famous attractions like Sea World nearby, with many dining options and the food are delicious. There is also a small market to explore. Near the shopping mall, there is Nüwa Park. After dinner, you can take a walk in the park, enjoying the sea breeze, which is very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is very good, and I would choose this hotel again for my next visit!

What was confusing is that the hotel isn't 'The Clouds' but actually 'Grande Hotel' instead, which felt really misleading. The hotel however is in a good location, and despite the lobby and public areas looking modern and clean, the rooms are a little worn out. The bathroom wasn't clean and needed attention, and the rooms are very dark and do not look like the photos of many I saw online. The walls are also extremely thin, and I could hear my neighbors having a conversation and their TV next door during the night. The toiletries they give you are really small, and it just felt incredibly disappointing considering the price and location. I also found when I got home this morning I'd been bitten all over!

I didn't expect to be shocked after the reservation, mainly because their clothes are really OK. After booking the hotel, the front desk staff called me and asked me what time I would arrive. Is there any children? Do you still need to prepare something for me? Is the hotel industry so rolled now? ? ? I had a star service experience in an instant. I went to the hotel and my husband to check in. The lobby was a little small but the match was very warm and nice. The passage may be because the floor is not so spacious. At first glance, you can know that it has not been renovated for a long time. The carpet is still new. The waiter specially introduced the voice intelligent interaction system. I tried it and changed it well. I don’t need to get up and pull the curtains and press the switch. Just ”open”, It's too friendly for people I don't want to move when I lie down. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, most hotels are like this, nothing special. Their restaurant is very suitable for taking pictures in the morning. The blue sky and white clouds are accompanied by the sun. The taste of happiness in the day is full of happiness. I don’t say that I have to go to Window of the World and Happy Valley to play. I will continue to share [Sun] next time.
