The booking said check in time was 2:00 pm I arrived around 3:00 but my room was not ready to check in until 5:00 pm I don’t think i’ve ever experienced this in my life… Anyways, they offered me to use the gym facilities while we wait which was nice the manager Franco was very kind and attentive as it is easy to get lost if it’s your first time. The room is spacious and clean even during holidays there is a lot construction going on so be aware of that since the area is quite new. The amenities you have to call reception, had to ask for toothbrushes the conditioner in the shower was pretty much empty. Speaking of construction the outdoor pool is not finished yet, the indoor pool loung chairs are very limited but very comfy. Breakfast service was nice but is quite narrow the space between food and tables so many children are running around the buffet. Overall 3.5/5

The first time I stayed at a homestay, I still didn’t know what to do, I was afraid of going into the pit, but after I got there, I let it go. The boss was very enthusiastic to entertain us. The bird’s nest room booked looks better than the photo (it should be that the boss is not Will take pictures) 😂, I will come next time I have a chance
Shenzhen celebrity home party Villa

Yantian (Dameisha & Xiaomeisha)
The villa is very tall and noble, and there is also a swimming pool. The children also have fun. After a meal, walk along the seaside plank road next to it for 8 minutes. The scenery at dusk gives it a poetic and picturesque feeling. Sitting on the beach chair on the plank road and listening to the sound of waves hitting the beach, the fatigue of the day disappeared. It is more suitable for couples to stroll together, but unfortunately lack of a partner, you can go to the balcony on the second floor of the villa to see the landscape of OCT East, with a wide view and very beautiful

Overall evaluation: great! High-end decoration. The facilities are complete and suitable for team building. The room is clean and hygienic. Can barbecue, can hot pot. The long table is suitable for many people to eat. The surrounding is very quiet. Especially the butler service is good, and the boss is very nice and communicates very well. The surrounding sea view is good, close to the beach, about ten minutes walk. It would be great if there were more children’s amusement facilities, such as children’s slides, children’s swings, and children’s wooden horses.

Shenzhen Coastal City, Shenzhen Bay Control Point
Stayed for a few nights and said how you feel: it's really great! ! 🥳🥳 I want to recommend it near the coast city for long or short stays! ! ! The scenery here is especially beautiful at night and the facilities are particularly complete! The boss is very attentive, WiFi, refrigerator, air conditioning and washing machine are available, the balcony scenery is beautiful, the girl's room is a great big floor-to-ceiling window view bedroom, and equipped with an oversized bathroom! There are shelves and drawers at the door, on the bed! And the kitchen common kitchen utensils are also very complete, friends who like to cook by themselves are highly recommended! Next to the downstairs is the Coast City High-end Shopping Mall, Vientiane City, and various store cuisine. It is very pleasant to go out for a walk at night. The 24-hour security of the community is very safe, in a mansion, I plan to live for a long time! ! ! Friends, come and join us! 🥰

The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100
The room is suitable for a family trip and the space is okay. This location is basically the center of Luohu. It is very close to landmarks such as Chengmai Center and Kingkey 100. Of course, it is not too far from Futian. There are many places to eat around and transportation is convenient. The room is quite new, very cost-effective, and the view from upstairs is very good.
