We have a very good stay. The first surprise is that our rooms are upgraded. Just want to say ”thank you very much”. The rooms are very spacious and newly renovated. The bathtub is large, which comes with a view . The room has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool and a glimpse of ” China Splendid”. When you arrive your room, you will exclaim with ”wows” and feel relaxing when you step out to the balcony. We paid the room rate together with breakfast, whch is cheaper than you buy separately, It's conveneient to eat there and head out to the swimming pools and sight-seeing. The buffet has a wide seletcion of food. It has freshly squeezed juice - it's very rare to see now. I must give a thumb up to the two staffs, who are busy squeeziing juices to all those demaning customers. The swimming pool with slides and waterfun activies are in the shade. Even though it's even blazing hot outside, you can still enjoy and have fun. It's prefect for us. My children do not want too thrilling slides. I also don't want my heart to beat too fast! Another huge pool is very relaxing to swim , float and there's a pool bar. We went to Go-Kart on our last day, whcih was $10 Taxi drive. My teenage son had a blast. Thank you very much to the Cconcierge Kevin, who helped us to check whether it was open and get a cheaper rate on the App. I would strongly recommend to this hotel for a relaxing weekend with the kids. You can defintly chill out. When you stay in Shenzhen hotels, you can always expect 5-star services. InterContinental Shenzhen certainly lives up to the expection with a fraction of the price.

It has been 10 years. Although it is not very new, the service is pretty good and the room is large. I originally booked the room type in OCT. The lady at the front desk also upgraded me to a room to watch the Happy Coast Theater. Because I stayed here 8 years ago, I have a bit of a memory complex, so I stayed here again!

The hotel is located on the east side of Happy Coast. You can see Shenzhen Bay and Nanshan City from the balcony of the hotel room. There are dedicated underground parking spaces for parking. The room is large and the layout is very reasonable. The functional area partitions can be opened, making it very bright during the day. , closed at night and very private. Because it is next to Happy Coast, not far from Splendid China, Window of the World and Happy Valley, a taxi only costs a dozen yuan. Breakfast is pretty good, mainly Chinese style breakfast, slightly worse Western style.

Beautiful room with a balcony and great view of city and bay. Very clean. Lovely freestanding bathtub. Amenities good, but wish they had a nespresso or similar machine. or at least milk for in room coffee. Bed also a bit hard for my liking. Was disappointed that no food available for room service after 11pm. However, they readily brought us ice bucket & champagne flutes. Front desk very helpful and hotel very nicely decorated for holidays. Overalll a super comfortable experience. Was there for a on-site event. Very convenient and great location in Shenzhen.

Very well locates just in front of Windows of the World and in the vicinity of Happy Valley, the hotel deserves its good reputation. Nice amenities, very good pool, nice staff, delicious breakfast. We booked for one night only, after some not good experiences in other hotels during our trip, but we just decided to extend the stay for a third night in a row. Do we need to add more? ;)

The hotel is at an excellent location, close to the metro and main parts of the city. The room is spacious, but it felt too old, with a weird smell, a bit damp. The hotel and rooms are needing an update, even the lights in the room, there isnt a master switch. There was a strong smell of cigarette from next door, and a bit noisy. Thr bathroom is old and outdated, a bit dark. Once taking a shower the water ran cold and didnt heat up again. It was clean enough and the staff spoke great English. It isnt a bad hotel, just needs an upgrade.

Good location near OCT Loft. Breakfast simple and enough, amenities complete, cleaning lady was so kind. Check in process was quick. Overall everything was good. Until check out time, the front lady was a little annoying by forcing me to write a review about the hotel right then I was checking out so that I could get a breakfast refund for my child. I didn't expect any refund or reward and I'd be happy to write good review if the hotel deserve that. Even though she has apologized, I feel the need to convey this for improvement.

The environment is very good, the location is excellent, there is a subway station to the airport nearby, and there is a self-service laundry room on the 6th floor, which is very convenient for people traveling on business. As soon as I arrived at the lobby, the staff enthusiastically helped to pick up my luggage. The person who received me was Cora at the front desk. The service was excellent and attentive. Because it was a party, there were a lot of things that needed help to be delivered to the room, and they were delivered in a timely manner every time! ! The location is convenient and the price is suitable. The buildings near the hotel are beautiful and very close to the attractions. There is a subway at the door. You can go to other attractions for meals. It is convenient to travel. It is highly recommended for outings. It is relatively clean. The breakfast is okay and the service staff has a good attitude. That's it. There is no USB port for charging mobile phones. One bottle of mineral water is provided for each person in the room. It will no longer be given away after drinking. You need to buy it yourself. This is different from most hotels in China. It would be better if it can be improved. Overall, it is good and cost-effective.

Great hostel in super nice location with lots of nice eateries, supermarket, an art galleries and cafes around. Staff speaks good English. I booked a queen bed room, which was clean and walls are relatively sound proof as well. The style of the room is overall very basic though, here I think you get better for the price. If you don’t mind this, I definitely recommend :)
