凌晨四點左右開的房，前台説白天有裝修有點吵可以延時到下午五點鐘退房，結果3點多服務員就來敲門然後還自己開門説時間快到了，我以為提前一多小時提醒就沒去多想，四點多一點又來催退房説我超時了，我就跟服務員説前台到五點退房的，服務員説去確認一下，過了一會又來敲門説四點就退房的，到最後我就打電話找前台，後面才給我五點退，説他們不知道什麼的還認錯房號……真服了

房間暗，衞生差，進門就發現蟑螂，打掃很馬虎，打掃完了居然還會忘了換毛巾，浴巾。詢問服務員，回答我不可能的，明天給我好好打掃，那今天呢？就算了？白天前台小姐還可以，但她下班後，前台坐着的是兩個老阿姨，態度冷漠，人又懶。多要一瓶白水都不同意，總之很不滿意。
