I booked the URCOVE by Hyatt Futian last minute for a business trip, originally just needing a convenient place to stay for one night. To my surprise, I stumbled upon a hidden gem, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for business meetings, visiting clients, dining out, and getting around, which saved me a lot of time. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, with a bright and stylish lobby. The room decor is warm and comfortable, and the cleanliness is meticulously maintained, making me feel very much at ease upon check-in. The service truly deserves the highest praise. From the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Check-in was efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions, making me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, no matter which staff member I encountered, I felt their professional, attentive, and sincere service attitude – this really added to the positive experience. The room soundproofing was good, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. For someone who travels frequently for business, being able to stay comfortably and sleep soundly after a day's work is truly important. The hotel's facilities are also well-maintained, and the attention to detail is impressive, clearly showing the management team's dedication. This stay completely surpassed my expectations; it was a truly satisfying experience. If I'm ever on a business trip here again, I will definitely choose this hotel and recommend it to colleagues and friends who travel for business. Coming from Futian Port, staying here is incredibly convenient. The hotel is located on a very high floor, offering excellent views. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool, otherwise, it's all positives. The breakfast, served on the top floor with panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the city, is particularly noteworthy. It was a great experience.

The view from the window was excellent, with views of Futian CBD and the Shenzhen River. Housekeeping was very prompt, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The room was equipped with smart amenities, and all the daily toiletries were provided.

The location is fantastic, with a shopping complex right downstairs. The lobby is on the ground floor, and the hotel rooms start from the 38th floor up, while the restaurant is on the 44th floor with a great sea view. The food is decent, offering everything you'd expect. For what's essentially the price of a budget hotel, you're getting four or five-star service. I think this price for such a comfortable stay in Shenzhen is incredibly good value for money.

The front desk staff were very kind and resolved issues quickly. The room was clean and hygienic, making for a good experience. The TV allowed for screen casting, and the toilet was smart. It would be even better if there were more breakfast options.

Facilities: All good, the room was comfortable and spacious, which was nice. Cleanliness: Generally very clean, though I'm not sure if it's due to Shenzhen's humidity, but the duvet felt a bit damp. There were some dust traps; the TV and other items on the cabinet had a lot of dust. A tiny bit of trash wasn't cleaned up, which the cleaning staff probably didn't notice. Environment: The view was excellent, and it was very comfortable, but the front desk area felt a bit messy. Service: Very attentive, with an excellent service attitude. Also, even though breakfast was included with the room this time, it offered no value for money and felt a bit perfunctory. The view, however, was still lovely.

The sea view was great, the room was very clean, and they even provided complimentary coffee.
