I have never leave a message but this is the first one. They have outstanding service and high quality of equipment in the place. The butler service is an extra surprise and the butler assisted us during the journey. All in all, I will highly recommended this hotel.

Nantou Village is a great place. This hotel allowed foreigners versus the AirBnB locations due to regulations. NAT testing was on site next to hotel also. Place was great, still electrical issues with lights and elevator. Restaurant and bar inside not open. Price was 1300 with an upgrade to the 2000 yuan room. Met manager/owner, not sure. Paul was apologetic about closure. So I got a free calendar and book with upgrade. I still think a gift card for the future restaurant and bar would have been best. No coffee tea time in lobby… waited five minutes for a check in employee that another guest from Taiwan needed to message. But Paul was very nice upon contacting him for help to get service. simply not ready to be open at that price, but if fully operating, I will go back. Nantou Village is amazing, and they gladly held my shopping bags each time I came back with one. I must add it was an odd weekend with city testing going on, but that part was not an issue anywhere in Shenzhen. Safe, great view, room had lots of books and snacks.

The hotel is right in the Nantou Ancient City. Although you need to walk a little, the cultural atmosphere is very good. You can go downstairs to visit the ancient city. The hotel has a strong sense of design and is quite unique! The supporting facilities are also very good. I booked the hotel package and got a Thai SPA in the ancient city. It was super comfortable and just relieved the fatigue of a day's walk. It is worth praising that breakfast is until 12 o'clock, which is very suitable for people who get up late. The next day, I was too lazy to get up and helped me deliver it directly to the room. The lady and brother at the front desk are super nice and the service is very thoughtful. I went alone this time. Next time, I will make an appointment with friends to eat and drink in the ancient city, go to bars, and walk directly back to the hotel after drinking!
