Nice hotel, it seems have a new renovation within 2023, the room is clean & tidy, swimming pool is very good, with message pool.
The front desk service was excellence but the staff still need to improve the knowledge at the carpark.

Excellent stay. Amazing room and fantastic servide. Staff is helpful and will definitely come back if coming to shenzhen. The bed is comfy and the bath tub is splendid!
Free water as much as we wanted and cookies on arrival day can be requested daily. So nice and very refreshing! 💛💛💛💛

5 star hotel 3 star services. Stayed for 1 night was very disappinted. From check in, concierge simply ignore you despite seeing you with multiple bags and luggages, long waiting time in checkin, line unable to get thru to housekeeping. Seems impossible for Hilton standard.

Impressive set up for a Double Tree Hilton standard. 5 Star set up. There are many good restaurants within a 5-10mins walk. Highly recommended.

Check in time nobody help for luggage. Staff there don’t understand to call taxi.
