Most dirty hotel I’ve ever stayed. Tried 4 rooms before finally settling on one which I cleaned myself anyway for 5 hours. Frequently dog piss in the lifts and corridors, garbage dumped in corridors infested with fruit flies. The doors look modern but have useless soundproofing, can hear bags rustling in corridor when door closed. Furniture falling apart. Car park stank of human excrement. Surrounded by a highly chaotic local area and next door to a building site. Really awful experience in general, should not be allowed to operate as a hotel on trip.con

The location is convenient, very close to Futian, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby!

There were only soft pillows, no firm ones, so I didn't sleep very well. Everything else was fine. It's close to the mall, and there's a street nearby with everything you could want, which is pretty convenient.

The owner was very nice and upgraded our room for free. Service: The person was very nice too.

When I booked the room, they said I could get an upgrade to a deluxe room, but when I arrived, it was just a bunk bed! It felt a bit like something out of a prison movie!

The room was nice; it was on a high floor with a floor-to-ceiling balcony facing the community, which was quite quiet. From the balcony, you could see distant mountains with a wide view. It was also close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

According to the Ministry of Health’s "one guest, one change and disinfection" system, such simple hygiene cannot be done well. . Hygiene is the most basic red line.

The projector is difficult to use and the picture quality is very poor; a TV with screen mirroring is much more comfortable. This thing is completely unnecessary, utterly superfluous! The bed is very comfortable; it's not just hard or soft, it's very comfortable to sleep on. The view is unobstructed, there are many good restaurants nearby, and a large shopping mall is just a 10-15 minute walk away.
