I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Leon and Frieda from the Butler team for their exceptional service. We felt welcomed from the start, and our two-day stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities are pristine, though I noticed the concierge team might be understaffed. I'd like to apologize to the Chief Concierge for forgetting to return a beautiful lighter. Despite this, our experience was fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and making our stay memorable.

The scenery is a bit different than expected, but they are all qualified hotels. Not very good value for money. It should be in the middle of 5 stars in my mind.
