Pretty good, and super convenient. Lots of food options downstairs. The front desk staff were very nice.

The front desk service was incredibly heartwarming! They were very welcoming and efficient during check-in, even offering hot tea. Seeing that I had two little ones with me, they proactively provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and also gave me extra bottles of water. So thoughtful!

The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-designed. The self-service laundry was convenient and quick. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely warm-hearted.

Fantastic location, with so many amazing food options nearby that we couldn't try them all! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bedding was great. The only downside was the hairdryer; it was a bit small and not very powerful.

Facilities: Okay Cleanliness: Good Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, but there are plenty of places to eat. Close to the subway station, making travel convenient and fast. The area is noisy due to road construction. Breakfast: Average. Overall, it's pretty basic value for money.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is convenient. The environment is pretty good too. Even during Chinese New Year, the price didn't increase much. The only downside is that it's a bit too close to the subway tracks; my 7th-floor room was a bit noisy. I imagine a higher floor would be much better.

Booked this hotel at the last minute during Chinese New Year when it was really hard to find a room. It was... a lot. I was too tired to keep looking, so I just put up with it for two nights, but I definitely won't be staying here again. I have no idea how this place is branded as an Orange Hotel. It's in a really old part of town with construction going on all around, inside a mixed-use building. The only good thing is that it's right by a subway station, but it's an elevated line, so it's super noisy. Such a tough stay!

Need to reserve extra pillows and blankets for customers if needed.

Stay at this hotel several time, it is very convenient, just walk from skytrain and close to uniworld shopping mall
