Ambassador Hotel Shenzhen

The staff at front desk was extremely nice and helpful gentleman and did speak English. Room was clean but there aren’t non-smoking rooms so the smell of cigarettes was really strong. Despite that had a great sleep surprisingly and bed was very decent. Highly recommended area for food too, close to Lohu port - only a short taxi ride.

It was good experience. The was very nice, everything you need is available.

Arrived at the hotel in the small hours and was reminded politely by the front desk staff of the need to check out on tge same day in the afternoon. The aircon of room first arranged was not working and upon my reqyest, I was moved to the adjacent room and when I called the front desk again to update him on the room.move, the staff considerately told me to stay until I had a good sleep.
