I don't understand this, front desk staff asked us to give feedback in the next few hours but I thought I could wait until I receive your email for feedback and can complete anytime at my convenience like I used to. Anyway, as requested by Atour, I gave long feedback in a rush but after a week's time I still can't see my post at Trip.com as of this moment. I was upgraded with satisfaction of course but not happy about being called and asked to rush to provide feedback. Apparently, the feedback link that I wasn't sure about does not reflect on the proper review and so wasted my time when I tried to give good comments about the hotel and staff.
