Out of all the hotel apartments I've stayed in, this one is definitely top-tier! The moment I walked into the room, it felt clean and cozy, with incredibly tasteful decor. The bed was so soft, I slept like a baby. I have to specifically praise the service here. When I checked in, the front desk staff warmly greeted me, not only completing the registration quickly and efficiently but also thoughtfully introducing me to the hotel apartment's facilities and information on nearby attractions and dining options. When I asked for a late check-out, they didn't hesitate to help me arrange it. During my stay, the housekeeping staff cleaned the room impeccably every day, and thoughtfully provided fresh towels and toiletries. One day, I accidentally fell ill, and upon learning of this, the front desk immediately helped me contact a nearby doctor and even brought me warm ginger tea. The hotel apartment's location is also excellent, with easy access to food, drinks, and entertainment. I must give it a five-star rating; I'll definitely be back!

First stay here and it exceeded my expectations! The apartment is well-maintained and the furnishings are cozy and comfortable. All the facilities are in great working order, and the privacy is excellent. It's really perfect for both short trips and extended stays.

The room wasn't huge, but the environment was great and it was very clean. All the toiletries were provided, and it even had a small balcony, which was a very pleasant surprise.

The location is a bit hard to find, especially when arriving late at night after a flight. However, the accommodation itself is quite nice, and the room facilities are good. It's definitely worth staying here when the price is low.

The location is quite close to Metro Line 20, but be aware that the subway service ends at 10 PM. The room I booked had a bathroom that would turn into a small pool every time I showered. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided, but there was no shampoo or body wash. The internet connection was also poor, and the TV didn't work.

Location is far from almost every attraction on the city but great if you need to attend anything at Shenzhen World (convention center). Also amazing if you want to find a peaceful oasis and don’t Ming being far. There’s a park and is a must visit.

The pictures show here belongs to Crown prince hotel which is beside WeiHaSi at that price, off exhibition peak season, it is quite alright. no luckin coffee within a 1km radius. amenities is rather simple amd basic. washing machine is provided with detergent.

Receipt was closed at 2 am. We couldn’t check in after 2 am.

There wasn't even a chair in the room, so how was I supposed to eat or work? There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the second photo didn't capture them clearly. The paint on the walls had significant color differences. What's most infuriating is that the linens were stored near the front desk – I wouldn't dare use them given those hygiene standards. This place really needs an overhaul. I have no choice but to leave a bad review.

A great apartment I found for a short business trip. The room was clean, newly decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Excellent value for money!

This place was incredibly comfortable! The bed was huge and really clean, and the balcony was quite spacious too. The service was excellent, and it was so convenient. I forgot to take photos, but it was a truly wonderful stay.
