4.適合長期住，可以做飯（額外收費）
5.三個電梯有倆不能用（需要刷門禁卡醉了）

地理位置好，臨1號線深大地鐵站，科技園附近，周邊公司有很多，找工作、上班都很便利。樓下有籃球場，可以打籃球。吃的也有很多，超市就在小區門口，特別方便。房間整潔，房東人很好，熱情，同住的舍友也很好相處，住的體驗好會繼續住。
