It was our first time to visit Dapang Fortress and we decided to stay one night there so that we could have more time to tour around. The hotel is located right near the South Gate entrance/public car park. I must mention that the hotel rooms are all very specially decorated with different themes (e.g. Western style, European style, Japanese style, etc.). The one we stayed is Greece room at the top level. The owner is very kind and pleasant lady.
We shopped and had dinner at the Fortress. As there were quite crowded at daytime and evening, so we decided to tour the same place in next day morning and there were much less visitors and we could take more beautiful photos.

This kind of plan to go to the ancient city with friends, I picked a homestay that is relatively close to the parking lot, overall it is not bad, it has been renamed Hetang Bieyuan when I went there. It is better to advise the boss in advance. The check-in experience is not bad, the environment is very beautiful, there is a small courtyard where you can sit and drink tea and chat, the room I chose is the Sawasdee card room, the style is very Thai, the sanitation is in place and it feels very clean, I am afraid of the sanitation of the hotel Poor, two boys live just right, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, overall it is very good.

五一假期臨時決定去大鵬所城玩兩天，晚上能搜到的房源價格都是很高，最後訂下的這家民宿衹剩一間15平方的房，高低床，580多元。第二天從深圳羅湖區去大鵬所城花了兩個半小時，好在民宿地點比較好找，進去老闆娘剛剛打掃好房間，於是立馬入住。這家民宿佈置得非常有特色，雖然我們住的房間小，但是公共區域很大，還有一個大院子，所以不想呆在房間就可以坐大客廳裏，晚上在院子裏吹風聽音樂也非常舒適。老闆娘還為住户提供燒烤，一直忙前忙後的，但始終態度很好，有需求找她，她都幫忙解決。院子裏還養了一條叫團團的狗狗，和小朋友們相處和諧。以後如果不是這麼高的房價，可以考慮多住幾天。
