Haishe Holiday Hotel (Shenzhen Jiaochangwei)

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in so far! When I entered the hotel lobby, I smelled a strong musty smell. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk that I wanted a quiet room. Entering the floor, the musty smell is even stronger and makes you want to vomit! Entering the room, I was even more speechless. The hygiene was so bad. I had never seen such poor hygiene. There was a yellow stain on the quilt cover. When I opened the quilt, I saw a black stain on the sheets. Maybe it’s not changed at all! The two chairs in the room were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the faucet, the mirror, no place was clean. The TV in the room seemed to recognize someone else. We couldn't come in at all. Every time we wanted to turn on the TV, we had to call someone to turn it on. There is no signal directly from behind! The light in the bathroom also broke after a while and kept flickering. This experience is like no other! It rained heavily at noon, so I ate in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. There was a bug in the green vegetables. The waiter said it was normal and it was impossible to wash it so clean! I can’t complain enough about this service! The curtains in the room were not blackout, and I was woken up by the sound of an electric drill early in the morning. When I looked at the time, it was around 7 a.m.! I was speechless after breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9:30, and it was around 9 o'clock when I arrived at the restaurant. I actually had nothing to ask for. After walking around, there was basically nothing to eat. The waiter was very prompt in filling up the dishes, and there was also porridge. ! This simply refreshed my understanding of hotels and the service industry! There will never be a next time. I can only remind you to choose carefully.

On the second day of the new year, a large family went to play. The hotel is relatively old. We booked a family suite with three bedrooms and one living room. At night, the air conditioner was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. The surrounding environment is pretty good. When we left in the third day of junior high school, we found that the car had been scratched, and the hotel staff also came to take pictures, saying that the building materials blown by the strong wind the day before did not know where the car was scratched, and then reported to the insurance company, confirming that we did not need to show up and let us go. On the third day, it said that there is no monitoring insurance and no compensation. That's all. The red part is scratched by this fragment. It has been confirmed that there is a long scratch, and the other places have not been treated yet. First of all, there is no monitoring, and there is no safety guarantee for the vehicle to park here. Secondly, it is so powerful that no other solution is given. In addition, none of the cars next to it were zoned, and we don't know if it was our bad luck or other reasons...

酒店就在海邊，下水超級方便，沿着沙灘往右邊一直走大約10分鐘是民宿酒吧一條街，很有特色，就是較場尾這邊的海水沙灘很一般，衹適合玩水上項目或者趕海，酒店對面馬路是古城入口10分鐘就能到達，是打卡的好地方，古鎮保育工作不錯，不會過度商業化。

酒店地理位置很好，對面就是海，較場尾尾邊不會吵，出酒店就是沙灘，非常適合帶娃還有就是平時工作繁忙需要好好休息度假的人羣，前台李莎莎服務態度很好，已經推薦給親戚下次帶娃首選住宿地

陽台很大，可以看海，可惜來的時候是陰天，不然海景會好看很多。酒店餐廳吃飯也很方便，性價比不錯，停車位也很充足。前台小方服務很周到，值得推薦。
