The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, and they really tried to help me with my requests. The room was incredibly clean, and the fruit tea in the lobby was delicious. I was very satisfied with this trip; it's a perfect place for business travel.

This was my second stay here. The first time, I stayed three nights, then stored my luggage while I went traveling for a week, and came back to pick it up before staying another night. The cleaning is really good; the room smells fresh and clean. However, I didn't feel the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Also, there's a lady at the breakfast restaurant whose service made me a bit uncomfortable; it felt like I was being supervised while eating. Breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM sharp, and everything is cleared away right at 10:00 AM, which feels a bit impersonal.

This stay was great! The service was particularly good, the front desk girl was excellent, although the guy the next day was a bit less so. The location is a bit far from the North Station, but it's still alright. The experience was very good and the room was perfect.

The hotel has a great environment, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside and a subway station just 300 meters away.
